I had a new HV/AC unit installed by Ponds last April (2019). They did a very quick, efficient,…read moretimely install. We left to go back up North shortly after the install and didn't get back until after Christmas so I was a little worried leaving a new unit unattended that long. But the unit has been running smoothly since the install. After we returned, we made an appointment for a maintenance visit with Ponds. The technician showed up right on time. He brought a new filter to install, which was an unexpected bonus. He was very friendly and explained all the maintenance procedures to me as he was working. He even gave me some good tips on how to protect and extend the life of the new unit. I am in the process of using his advice. I am very pleased with both the install and the maintenance work Ponds did for me. I'm very glad I went with them for both.

We talked about his Champion generator and making sure we have large capacity. We questioned it all to get it right. At the time I was not knowledgable in what was needed and we obviously relied upon Jamie.
