I would get a sore lower back after a few hours of standing and my doctor thought an adjustment might help. I got a treatment on Thursday. Friday, my back tightened up so tight, I had to lay down. I tried heat and ice treatments. Saturday morning, I could stand again with minimal pain. But within a couple of hours, I was back down for rest. I called Cote and asked if the Chiropacter would call me. They said she would be back on Tuesday. I made an appointment to see my doctor to get referral to physical rehabilitation. I rested Saturday and Sunday. Saw doctor on Monday. Reminded Cote that I wanted to talk to Chiropactor to discuss what she had done for treatment. I have my appointment with physical rehab to see if they can help repair what has been done. Two weeks of pain, pain going down leg that I didn't have before, ... Admittedly the 2nd week was less pain than the first week of pain (the first week was on par with my ruptured disk years ago) but still worse off than before going to Cote. And she never called. I understand their treatment may be aggressive or rough but not calling shows lack of concern. Disappointed.

Definitely a staff that you have to pander them for any possible opportunity to get a bit of reward in barest of efforts which is likely going to have errors in it. I don't think they really are hired for their customer service, patient care and any true investment in the well being of others. Sadly, they have a pool which is why they are still in business here in Woodburn. I'd guess the management and owners are inadequate and not either interested in the outcome of things beyond the monies staying plumbed.

They said "On numerous occasions we have notified you of your past due balance and have asked for your cooperation. It would appear that you have elected to ignore all of our communications. We feel that we have afforded you every opportunity to settle your account on an amicable Basis. Therefore your account is being referred to Clackamas county collections." When I read that all in caps my perception is I am being personal attacked! I also read they afforded me every opportunity after numerous occasions of trying to notify me of a past due account. NEVER ONCE DID I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL! Thank you Mary, I will never be back. Dr. Robinson is not too bad, but his office help has ruined it.
