Our small town of Silverton is very fortunate to have a world class chiropractor practicing in our community. I was referred to him by a friend who had a serious upper neck injury. He had tried several chiropractors before finding Dr. Cote. Between my wife and I we have been to at least a dozen chiropractors over the years as we've lived in various states. Dr. Cote is unequivocally the best chiropractor either of us have ever been treated by. His office is well managed and very professional. He listens to his patients and will try his best to accommodate your schedule even if it's last minute. Besides being great at what he does Dr. Cote is an ardent supporter of our community, donating time and resources over the years to many of the youth sport teams in Silverton. I went for my first chiropractic visit with them on a Thursday. I had been to a few up in Oregon City/Portland area but now that we live here wanted to find a good chiro nearby. I would get a sore lower back after a few hours of standing and my doctor thought an adjustment might help. I got a treatment on Thursday. Friday, my back tightened up so tight, I had to lay down. I tried heat and ice treatments. Saturday morning, I could stand again with minimal pain. But within a couple of hours, I was back down for rest. I called Cote and asked if the Chiropacter would call me. They said she would be back on Tuesday. I made an appointment to see my doctor to get referral to physical rehabilitation. I rested Saturday and Sunday. Saw doctor on Monday. Reminded Cote that I wanted to talk to Chiropactor to discuss what she had done for treatment. I have my appointment with physical rehab to see if they can help repair what has been done. Two weeks of pain, pain going down leg that I didn't have before, ... Admittedly the 2nd week was less pain than the first week of pain (the first week was on par with my ruptured disk years ago) but still worse off than before going to Cote. And she never called. I understand their treatment may be aggressive or rough but not calling shows lack of concern. Disappointed. read more

I did not have a good experience at Cote Chiropractic having only 2 appointments. The first appointment was fine, he seemed friendly and able to give me some relief but the second appointment he was distracted watching a live political news feed which seemed to make him aggravated. He started talking about his views about the subject which made me feel uncomfortable, I guess he expected me to agree with him or something. I was trying to focus on trying to be as relaxed as possible and prepair myself for my adjustments. He could tell it wasn't going well, he kept telling me you have to relax, I tried to clear my mind but it made me feel stressed. After the adjustment I was very sore and hurting for several days after which was not the case after the first office visit. It was one of the most inconsiderate and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at any medical office. I've been getting chiropractic adjustments since I was 13 years old and I'm in my 60's now. After reading the other comment on this site I think Dr. Cote and his wife are a little too comfortable in their environment and not focusing on the fact this is a medical treatment space not your home! Patients are in pain and we are there paying you for this time to help us with that pain not hear your political and unrelated personal views. Be mature and act professionally, you don't know us on a personal level and it is completely irresponsible to bring up politics in an environment you expect people to feel comfortable in to proform your practice. read more

Nepotism rules this office as the Dr.'s wife micromanages the small manufactured office space including intruding in on patients, and interrupting while they are consulting with her husband the Dr. Watch out for a massage here as you may be cheated out of your 50 minute massage by 20 minutes as you are forced to fill out all Chiropractic papers and cut into your massage time which they only ended up pushing on pressure points. Giving it an Ok due to the fact that the Dr. gives a competent adjustment, but due to negative whole package experience there will be no repeat. read more

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Daniel Cote and his phenomenal staff for the last 2 years. We've always had a great experience there whether it was Chiropractic treatments with Dr. Daniel or massages from his staff of professional therapists. His wife, Jennifer and the office staff have repeatedly gone out of there way to help us through insurance company nightmares as well as helping us get the scheduling we need to meet our own professional commitments at our respective jobs. Both my wife and I are so relaxed after our treatments there that we generally melt into our recliners when we get home from their office. I couldn't recommend, all of them, more highly! read more

I've been to many Chiropractors, and most have been good, and done what I needed. Dr. Cote goes above and beyond. He genuinely cares about his patients, will take time to explain how to help yourself get better, and will work you into his schedule in an acute situation.
