I've read through some of their many many negative and incredibly poor reviews and it's heartbreaking to see so many of these people feeling the same way I do and been treated so terrible. Again. And then we got fired. Because he was on vacation and is apparently sensitive about that sort of thing. We really loved him too. Doesn't have the entire gamet of hormones either. She will tell you pellets are not as good as her gel. She will put you on what she uses only. The problem with me was I listened to her and she completely changed what did work for me and I trusted her judgment. My mistake but she is convincing. I ended up a complete mess. For several months. I was given the wrong doses, the wrong testosterone and the wrong doses of thyroid. Please I implore you to do your research! If you need a dietary needs, great see her. But if you're going in to do your hormones, they only have what they use. Not pellets! Also, yes it's cash based. They also take many seasonal vacations. So if your a mess like I was, good luck. The entire staff leaves 10 days 4x a year, no back back up staff or on call. You are screwed. I'm still recovering from this place. Do your research.
