My first yelp review - but Weld Right deserves a shout out! My experience with Weld Right was fantastic. I could not ask for a more professional response, and the ultimate railing installation was exactly what we wanted. I contacted Weld Right after a terrible experience with another contractor who failed to follow through on railing installation. Johne arrived within an hour of my phone call to assess and take measurements and said that he would be able to complete the work within a week. With a snowstorm expected on the planned installation date, I fully expected a delay in installation, but was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from Alexia asking if they could move up the installation date to beat the storm. Installers arrived late afternoon and worked after sundown to complete the installation. Everyone from Alexia, Johne, and installers was so pleasant and professional. The experience I had with Weld Right is extremely positive. Johne was prompt in his initial visit, professional and precise in measuring. He did the job of taking my huge gate to his shop and expanded it so I could remove a post that I kept "crashing" into. He did the work in exactly the time frame he told me and it works great. We unfortunately had a tree fall and damage our metal fire escape. Fortunately we were recommend to Weld Right Iron Work. They quickly had a representative out to our place to access the damage and make recommendations on costs for repairs. They were able to remove the existing damaged fire escape and have replaced it with new, sturdy fire escape and we are very pleased with the service we received. We had our front steps redone and as the railings were removed it was clear they were too rusted to reuse. I called weld right that day and they came out the following working day to provide a quote live and work through the design we wanted.
