Most recently, they reported to my Medicare provider that my supplies had been delivered at midnight on a Sunday. However, the package was never delivered. This kind of inaccurate reporting and repeated delays is unacceptable, especially when people depend on these medical supplies for their health. But Elm liaised w/ my doctor & insurance and every month without a problem I get that brand of medicine filled! Also, they deliver to my house. I have a sleeping disorder where I sleep super heavy and don't hear knocking on the door, alarms, a phone call, etc. Elm is super understanding of this & very patient with me. They call my house when the delivery guy is almost here (sometimes a several times) and wait patiently when I sometimes don't hear the phone or the knock! They truly are one of the only places I've come across that appreciate their customers' business, and show it by going above and beyond for them. Good customer service is not that easy to come by in this day in age...but Elm exhibits this rare quality. Which is why I use them exclusively for my family's pharmaceutical needs...and you should too!
