UPDATE- the dealership finally considered the circumstances and became human and refunded my money…read moreMy sales person Jessica was the one that was Human. She was amazing. She was always amazing throughout all of this. She was the one that called me. She was the one that told them. I did the right thing and called them an hour and a half after I put the deposit down and that I did the right thing and I should get my money back. So kudos to Jessica. If you're gonna go to the dealership go to Jessica she's amazing. Do not use this dealership. After I put a $500 non- refundable down. 2 hours later I had a very unfortunate circumstance happen where I couldn't do it. I'm a single mom and I work three jobs. I called them less than two hours after I put the money down asking if I could get my money back. And it's Christmas time and I'm a cancer survivor. None of that mattered they just keep your money. They don't care if you don't buy a car from them even though I told them I couldn't afford a car from them because of the circumstances that changed all they cared about was their money. come to Columbus and buy from, Germain Lexus of Easton or Dublin. It's worth the drive. They have much better customer service. The guy at the Toledo Lexus dealership told me the car sat on their lot for 85 days before I came in, then had the audacity to try to convince me that because of the hour and a half that the car was held for me, that I killed a sale. Are you kidding me! You can't sell a car for 85 days and you try to blame me? They certainly weren't going to sell it in another hour and a half if they can't sell it after 85 days. The fact that they tried to blame that on me is unreal. the The fact that they can't have a little bit of human decency for a person an hour and a half later, after they putting a deposit down to provide it back. It's just unreal. You can go to Germain Lexus Of Dublin and they will hold a car with for you with no deposit down. You can go to Germain Lexus of Easton and put a deposit down on a car for $500 and if something changes they will refund your money back. Not this group! They don't care about you as a human being at all. Buyer beware read all of the negative reviews. Choose a different dealer.

Thursday morning we called and asked what the problem was and they said they were just taking it down off the lift. Paid for their services almost $2000. Get the car back and it's leaking power steering fluid and the boots are knocked off of the CV joint and they claim they didn't touch it. And won't fix it. To put it frankly, I would send my grandmother to Speck Sales which I feel is the highest level of praise possible. Every time I take a vehicle to this tire shop I see the owners working hard to serve costomers. They are between the shop and the front desk each day ensuring that things are being done right. I feel as though family operated businesses such as Speck Sales are becoming few and far between and I garuntee their prices will compete with if not beat the larger tire shops! I brought my vehicle here and had all of the repairs done for less than $200 and my bumper was checked for damage, they found none.
