The selection…read moreis much bigger than you might expect, and there is so much more on offer than just vessels for smoking. Bring anyone who likes to browse cool shops and they'll probably find something here. I brought a friend with me and he ended up buying more than I did. The only person who works here is the owner and she's very friendly and helpful. I showed up so late that I ended up staying long after closing (I feel bad about that), but she never tried to rush me. There are just so many options and I had trouble making a decision. I finally narrowed it down to 3 bongs, and she filled them all with water so I could try them. I was not only given a good deal, but I got the perfect bowl to go with it. I'd take a photo, but now that it's been used it's not pristine-looking. Speaking of good deals: The prices here really are great. For the longest time I have only owned a single pipe because I just can't stomach the prices of glass nowadays. Most times we see it is in a dispensary and that stuff is SO overpriced. Rip City Glass has something for every person and every budget. Heck, even the more-expensive, artistic pieces don't cost nearly as much as some of basic, "big brand" stuff I've seen. On a final note: If you're unsettled by the rating, read the negative reviews; they are either old, they complain simply about the shop not being open, or they are detailing something in which we'd need both sides of the story to make any real judgement. The experience that I and my friend had was great and we are going back next week to buy more!

Why has no one rated this business yet? I can find no reviews and was therefore very leery about…read moreseeing this new eye doctor but I finally decided to give him a chance and now I'm glad I did. Let's start with the reception staff: friendly, extremely helpful, and also doubles as a true eyewear fashionista, and most importantly, one that can be relied on for an honest opinion. Dr. Turin is very thorough and enthusiastic, and it's obvious he loves his work. He explains everything in detail and in a way that makes sense. I was surprised at everything I learned; what was good, what was not so good and why (with examples of what it should look like, and what can eventually happen), and what I could do to positively impact my eye health. I highly recommend him and will definitely go there again.

I have never ever been charged…read morefor miscellaneous testing (only one type so they don't dilate your eyes) like this office does. THINK TWICE before scheduling here. The ophthalmologist was fantastic, the billing/insurance/front office is either 1) misinformed or 2) not being forthcoming with how much they will charge. I was reassured over and over that although my insurance told me I would not be covered, by someone named Janelle that 'I promise you, it's ok and we'll take care of billing it correctly so it will be covered. If the staff doesn't do it correctly, ask for me". Well, it wasn't AND there are apparently two Janelle's in the office... so no one wanted to take responsibility for the statement made. Do yourself a favor and go into Gresham or the other Sandy eye clinic. I will tell everyone I know that they need to avoid this clinic - not because of the care, but because of their billing/sheistyness/and dishonest staff. I just paid 140.00 more for their services when I was told many times there would not be extra charges because of the way they would bill my insurance. Just don't do it. P.S. I know what I'm talking about - I have worked in the healthcare industry including billing and A/R my entire career and I KNEW something was off.
