They are the tip of the spear, as they are the 1st individuals that you interact with a plumbing or HVAC problem. Because of their personalities & great communication skills, they almost always deescalate frantic behavior of the person calling & make most customers' problems palatable after a short period of time. They usually have answers to your questions/problems & if not will find the correct remedy & get right back to you. My latest problem was with a Dryer vent & even though Simmons doesn't deal with these problems they (Tracy & April) recommended a company called Dryer Vent Wizard, who immediately solved my vent problem. Again Kudos to Simmons.
