Nov 2022: I called just to check if inventory/production had improved and the answer was not so much, but he happened to have one fireplace insert that was delivered to the store and was available. We went with it. John set up a time for Jeremy to install it the following week. We were excited to use it and help warm our home. The back plate was bent a little bit but they ordered a replacement and came back out with the new one after it arrived and changed it out! Rather that pulling trees and debris out by hand and creating a big mess their machine mulched everything up. What they did in an afternoon would have taken us years to do ourselves. I didn't have to worry about a burn pile or what to do with the cut down trees and bush they just mulched it into nothing. It was amazing to watch, anytime I had a question or concern they stopped the machine and took the time to talk to us. Their suggestions on what to clear were very helpful. At the end they suggested a trail through my forest area for me to walk my dogs. I'm so grateful for the experience they had to get that done.
