We specifically chose to buy a forklift that was listed as "in stock" because we needed equipment immediately. Nearly two months later, we still do not have the forklift we ordered. The substitute unit they promised has also been repeatedly delayed, and no one at the company can provide a reliable delivery date. Every time we contact them, we receive the same response: apologies and a reminder that they "do not offer refunds." Meanwhile, they have failed to fulfill their own terms and commitments. It's especially frustrating because they explicitly recommend ordering in-stock units for quick turnaround, which is exactly what we did. To make matters worse, they are now asking for 100% payment upfront for yet another replacement forklift, despite already holding $1,300 of our money and refusing to return it. We even offered to pay 50% with a delivery date and 50% at arrival, but no response. Given their no-refund policy and failure to deliver, there is no reasonable justification to trust them with additional full payment. At this point, it feels like every salesperson and manager is trained to repeat the same script: apologize, refuse refunds, and offer no real resolution. We are left with no choice but to accept the loss and take our business elsewhere. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We do not recommend this company. Save yourself the time, money, and stress, look elsewhere.

Do not use this company. We purchased a forklift from them and everything they told us was a lie…read more First it took a month longer to get than what they said. We were told they were going through it to make sure everything is operational. We were told they would send us a video showing everything operational before they shipped to us. We never received a video. First day it would not run, it would start and die. Also was leaking fluid. They picked it up had it for a week and sent it back. It started and ran but ran very rough. Also was still leaking, they refused to do any more work on it and told us it was our problem and to have someone else fix it. We hired a company to diagnose problems. They were numerous. the accelerator cable was severely frayed and broke in half when touched. One of the front mast's had a leak. The valve covers were leaking it also had a severe leak at the rear main seal. They had temporarily patched that by slapping a bunch a JB weld on the outside of it. Estimate to repair was $9800. These people knew about all of these problems prior to selling to use but kept them all secret from us. Do not trust these people.
