Denver Small Engine Repair got my mower up and running in about half the time of the original estimate, and for about half the cost, too! Additionally, they were pleasant and professional both in person and over the phone. I would have given 4 stars just for that. Here's where it really gets good, and why this is a 5-star review. Being new to the whole home-owning, lawn-mowing game, I topped the newly serviced mower off with gas that was probably several years old. I had no idea that gasoline has a short shelf-life. So now my newly serviced mower would not run, and I didn't know why. I called Denver Small Engine Repair again, and they helped me trouble-shoot over the phone. They identified the bad gas as the problem, told me the best way to get it out of my mower, and where I might be able to dispose of it. Unfortunately, because I had started the engine with the bad gas in the tank, simply siphoning it out and replacing it did not fix the problem. Feeling really stupid, I loaded the mower up and headed back to the shop. Denver Small Engine Repair was so nice about the whole thing, even though it was my fault that the mower was not running. They set to work on it immediately, allowing me to jump the queue. (For those unfamiliar with lawn mower repair, there is usually a 1-3 week wait at most shops to get a unit serviced.) In about 40 minutes they had the mower running like new again. The head technician even explained to me very patiently about the bad gas and showed me a sample of what he'd taken out, so I could see the difference. AND, they did all of this WITHOUT CHARGING ME for a second service, even though I'm the one who messed up. To sum up, they did not have to give me advice over the phone, they did not have to fix my mower a second time at no charge, and they did not have to be so patient and kind about the whole mess. I went in there feeling like such an idiot, but at no point did they treat me that way. I will definitely use this company again, and I can't recommend them enough to anyone who needs this type of service. Thanks, Denver Small Engine Repair!

UPDATE as of 10/2024:…read more Took my Veloster in for a brake flush, and as always Ken and his team completed the work in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. My only wish is that his location was closer to my house, and that he was open on weekends, but that won't stop me from going. Next he will see my Veloster for a seat heater diagnostic. I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. Last, but not least, Ken, the owner, is very pleasant to work with.
