I've cared for all of my cars and treated them all like a Ferrari GTO even if they were a Chevy Citation or a Honda CRX. I took pride in the care and detail of all of my cars. I've had others work on my cars but never lived up to the standards I've placed on my rides, till now! Carlos went beyond my expectations of level of detail! I thought I was anal about cleaning my cars! Before I handed over the keys to my baby we discussed practices and thoughts on car care. Carlos was checking all the boxes. Pre soak, soap foam cannon, rinse, clay bar, wax, etc. I felt confident he was going to do a killer job. Next day I picked up my car, holy sh*t! Did not wash the inside of windshield 2. Did not wash inside/outside of rear cab window 3. Did not wash the inside/outside of cap window near cab of truck which folds down and WAS disgussed in detail prior to the job 4. Did not wash inside of back truck cap window 5. Did not wash odometer/gauge/temperature panel glass/plastic 6. Waxed truck and left swirls that are visible in direct sunlight (no they weren't there b4) 7. Left wax residue all over truck in door jams and on plastic and rubber For those wondering, i picked my truck up after hours and after dark There were some other items but I think you get the idea AND I'm flippin tired of typing Detail definition #3 from web Clean (a motor vehicle) intensively and minutely ! The transaction at the check-in went very well and I paid with my debit card. There were two workers at the beginning. I followed their directions as they did their work and everything went smoothly.
