I called the shop and they said that they priced it wrong and that was the price. She later goes on to tell me that the price she gave my son was an estimate. That is a 49.4% increase from the price my 20 year old college student was quoted, Why bother to give estimates if your off by 50%. When I challenged her on the increase she said if I wanted to get my son home safe that was the cost. Why did they not disclose the 49.4% increase in the quoted price prior to doing the repairs. She then slammed the phone and would not answer when I called back. This place is baiting and switching and if you have college students in Lewisburg PA that need their car repaired do not send them here. They prey on vulnerable young kids with out of state plates.

You CANNOT beat his pricing and integrity as a businessman! In fact, the last time my GMC Denali needed new tires Bill told me that I could save money by going elsewhere. I said "No, nobody but YOU touches my cars and whatever price you must charge it is worth the 40 years of wisdom that you have." The bill worked out to be $6 a tire more than the competition which is a national chain syphoning the money out of our local economy. Keep your business local and pay for the wisdom, not the flashy TV ads!

Well needless to say my children and I were all safe. it was very scary to say the least. We pulled over to gas Station in Milton PA, and called the insurance company when we seen all the damages to our vehicle we knew we couldn't travel any further in our own. So our insurance guy got us in touch with CPR Auto Center LLC. We had no clue what was what, where we were, nothing secure in getting home. I spoke with Dave and he was amazing I had no idea he was the owner but he talked with me, text me to make sure we were ok mind you it was Labor Day. No Rental place was open. Dave sent tow truck to tow our vehicle to BOSTON, MA 3 and a half hours away plus he sent a loaner rental so we could go pick up a rental car but where the insurance company thought one was opened 30 minutes away. There was no rental company in site. So we notified CPR ( Dave) and advised them we had to take the vehicle to Boston and the tow truck driver I think Chris was his name which by the way was hearing impaired and was excellent by the way. If it wasn't for these guys/ this company my children and I wouldn't have arrive home safely. Thanks so much Dave and Richard for the excellent customer service and allowing us to use your vehicle. Richard thank you for waiting for us to get the vehicle. I left out we got lost and had no signal for 2 hours. we made it safe

I really appreciate him even taking the time to call me and make things right. It makes a world of difference that he obviously cares about his customers and the service they receive. He seemed to genuinely care about me and the experience I had. Perhaps the incident was just a one time fluke. Again, like I said in the original post, the oil change was fast and the customer service was good prior to the situation. The service was pretty fast considering I was the only one there when I arrived and most of the staff was friendly enough at the beginning of our transaction. However, the day I came it was raining pretty heavy and my windshield wipers had been working just fine until I pulled into their garage for my oil change. The man that was helping me was looking at my wipers, touched one of them, took it off (with some difficulty) and then all of the sudden my wiper, that was working fine until I got there, was broken. He tried to tell me that he didn't break it and that it had been broken before I came in to which I replied that it was just fine until he took it off. After some discussion I was under the impression they were going to put the blade back on my car or give me a new blade complimentary because I VERY clearly said I was not interested in buying a new wiper blade and again, mine was fine until I pulled into their garage. They informed me that my wiper blade could not be put back on and a new blade was placed on my car which I assumed (my bad for assuming I guess) was complimentary because of the prior discussion. However, in reviewing my receipt (I was given a total price with no cost breakdown prior to paying) I noticed that I was charged $20 for one new wiper blade. There was no mention from the staff that they were charging me for the new blade or how much it would cost. In that situation, their customer service was greatly lacking and I felt mislead and taken advantage of. After leaving I realized the wiper blade hey out on was the wrong size so I returned to tell them they put the wrong size wiper on my car. The man that broke my old wiper immediately told me it was the right size and I was wrong. I measured the wiper, it's supposed to be 26 inches, and it's only 24 inches. Again, the oil change was pretty quick and the customer service was good until the wiper incident.
