This place is SO bad its laughable. It starts with a phone call to the receptionist, who is most unpleasant. Once you arrive, the whole staff is unpleasant, save for the dental assistants. Rude and arrogant. I hate to say it, and this is just my opinion, but the older receptionist seems fairly hostile to their Latino clientel. I also caught the staff in the reception area mocking a mentally ill man because he was talking a lot. So, I have a cavity. I get there and the dentist, I forget who he was, tells me I can have it filled, so he fills it and I go happily on my way. Once the novacaine wears off tho, I realize he has not filled the tooth in the proper place. So I make another appointment and go through this whole ordeal with abcesses and everything else, so he recommends I have it pulled. Ok, no prob, so he pulls it, but a week later it all happens again because he left parts of the tooth in my jaw. What an ordeal and all he/they did was beat around the bush trying to blame ME for the problem because 'I let the tooth get so bad.' Like I said, this place is so wacky that its laughable. read more

I would say if you need a dentist , please do NOT use this office. The rudest people imaginable are employed by this dentist. I called to get my X-ray sent to an emergency appointment I was at. I was spoken to extremely nasty. I was told I it would take days to get my X-rays and I would have to pay for them. When I asked how much I would have to pay she told me " I don't even know who you are" and she hung up on me. I'm in shock! I will now have to go through more X-rays which is double the radiation this week. This dentist really should evaluate his staff. I would NEVER go back to this office again! read more

The ***ONLY*** reason I give one star is because of the receptionist that has been at the office every time I have taken my son in. She was brusque verging on being plain rude. She refused to speak with my insurance rep over a systems communication issue that resulted in my son being listed as uninsured in error. It was actually a glitch in the dental providers system. I am in customer service, and I deal with many medical professionals, and I have never come across anyone as unwilling to help, especially as there were no other patients in line, and it appeared that she was more engaged in the personal conversation she was having with her coworkers. I would have totally understand if it was a policy of theirs, but she did not say it was their policy. She just flat out refused and closed the glass window on me to pursue her conversation. Her demeanor unfortunately comes off as cold and rude to those entering the office, and it establishes a poor first impression of the office... In comparison, the same insurance glitch happened with my other son, and his orthodontist's receptionist was more than willing to help out in any way she could, and acted and spoke in a compassionate and caring manner. I could understand if she was having a bad day, but she has been like this each visit. There is no excuse to be cold or impersonal to those you should be greeting and welcoming to the office. HOWEVER - Dr. Weiss is a wonderful dentist, and he put my son at ease each time. He is professional, with a great "bedside manner". I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Weiss as a dentist. The only other "issue" I had was that the waiting room has no reading material (literally just chairs), so if you go - bring something to keep you occupied. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. First and foremost the lady at the front desk Is the most ignorant staff member you'll ever meet in a office setting. I'm sure you got that impression already when you called to make your appointment. I hope she does not have kids. The office itself is filthy. The carpet is very heavily soiled and the chairs stained and grimy. I swear it never gets cleaned. The dental hygienists are very judgemental of your teeth. So if you haven't been to the dentist in awhile or have a fear be prepared to be treated like a little child. The Dr himself is cold and ignorant. If you have a fear of dentists do not expect comfort or sympathy. He will create problems just to drill and destroy your teeth little by little to make work so you have to keep coming back for non existen cavities etc. Restasured you'll have problems you never had before. He has destroyed many many people's mouths. Take a look at reviews on other websites and you'll see the reviews in black and white confirming what I just said. I wouldn't take my non existing dog to him and his staff. My family has given him chances over and over with no change. He's number one priority is money and your care the least of his concern. He lives the high life off your money but can't run a clean business with a good staff. Stay clear and if you choose to go don't say you weren't warned. read more
