He also gave AMAZING directions (although I use GPS) his extra help made navigation easy to beautiful West Hazleton. Dr Lynn is very kind and compassionate. She didn't rush me out of the office either. She patiently offered a solution to what is ailing me. This is a first for me - "Re-treatment" on a root canal. I'm set up to go back in January for my appointment. She is highly recommended. Her staff is very kind and comforting too. Plus the office isn't far from me in relationship to nearly everything else. I'm confident in her abilities and treatment plan for my aching tooth.

I went there for a simple extraction. He was confused and asked me the same question 3 times. He…read morethen tested the novocaine needle over my face and squirted it in my eye. When I immediately wiped my eye, he stuck my thumb with the needle. He never apologized. The extraction was extremely rough and he kept hitting my other teeth with the instruments. He had a terrible bedside manner and I felt very rushed. I would not recommend Dr. Mancia to anyone. He needs to retire.

Dr. Boyle lets me leave the office with an infection without giving me a prescription for Amoxicillin or some type of antibiotic to treat this issue. My bill states palliative care emergency visit .Yet it took 30 days from my last appointment Clearly It was not an emergency! He certainly didn't give me palliative care or he wouldn't let me leave without handing me a prescription. Any first year Dental student knows you cannot extract a tooth with an infection present! He gives me a referral for an oral surgeon located over an hour from my location. He is definitely not looking out for my best interest. Only a kick back for the referral $$$ The other office would then charge me for another set of X-rays costing 350 bucks!! Boyle does not have the ability to send my xrays to the referral. I was told by an assistant that he is old school. He certainly charges state of the art prices. This clown does not have a spit sink! I am given a suction straw for my mouth and have to suck it like a refreshment with all that nasty taste in my mouth. He doesn't have antiseptic mouthwash! He gives me water!! I have an infection tion!!! What dentist office in your life did you ever go to that did not have antiseptic mouth wash?!! This is the most antiquated office I ever walked into. He's nothing more than a up sell car salesman. He tried to sell me an implaint tooth. Mind you this is the rear upper tooth Never to be seen by anyone. I'm still in the chair and had not recuperated yet before he starts his sales pitch throwing out $4,000 price for an implant that I don't need at this time. I get a prescription of amoxicillin from my Medical provider and have not had any issues since. Stay clear of this place by all means!!

I would also recommend checking out the doctor next door, as they are kind of both serviced under the same location. I may bring my kids here in the future instead of urgent care since it's a lot closer. The dental staff was all very helpful and the older gentleman dentist was wonderful. Glad I checked it out. I even told my sis in law to get a quote for some dental work she has to have done.
