He started yelling about the truffles and that he is italian and knows how it should be. To be honest their home made spaghetti was closer to udon noodles, and their pesto sauce was not a pesto rather an infused oil. We paid our bill and left, and will surely never return there - not because of our bad experience with the food, but because of the very angry and aggressive attitude and energy. People can have bad cook days, but an aggressive attitude is not acceptable.

While I was hoping to diverge from my vacation diet of brats, steaks, and schnitzel, I wish I hadn't. My two dining partners ordered sandwiches - one got the smoked salmon, the other got the tuna melt, and found their sandwiches to be overwhelming bread, and the filling to only be mediocre. I on the other hand ordered one of their spaghetti dishes and found the consistency very off-putting. While I realize I was in Germany, and not a place that specializes in marina/pasta, I wasn't expecting a plate of mushy noodles and a sauce that tasted like canned tomato sauce. The coffee's weren't notable one way or another.
