From the…read moremoment I walked in the door the staff was hostile and rude and ableist openly making fun of me. Dr. Mark refused to wear a mask and actually slammed the door on my walker! He also had his receptionist slam the receptionist window in my face because I asked them to wear a respirator in an ongoing airborne pandemic. The receptionists also threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a letter saying he was refusing to do the examination for disability and refusing accessible accommodations. This is the only time I have ever reported a medical healthcare worker to the Florida Dept of Health as well as the AMA. This is not a doctor that should be allowed to practice and should never be assigned to vulnerable immune compromised patients from the social security disability office. I was thankfully assigned a different doctor for my evaluation who did mask with their staff and was the exact opposite of this office. I would say run away but if you are disabled then get out of there as soon as you are physically able to do so. Never ever go here. If I could give a negative review I would of below zero I would.

Although Alexandra Jones is not an MD, she is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and I honestly wouldn't want anyone else as my primary care provider. I see specialists for basically everything, so having a primary who is compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly attentive is what matters most to me. I called the office to see if they've received it and they said yes, and the doctor would discuss it with me when I came in. I came in again, three months later my cholesterol had drastically reduced because my family practitioner had put me on a statin to lower my cholesterol and it had done its job. He asked me about the calcium test, and I told him that the results were sent to him and his office staff had confirmed and now he told me he had no record of it. When I told him I had taken it at Lynn cancer center he argued with me and said that they don't do calcium there so when I left, I called and in fact, I did have the scan there. I've been there twice and I feel like the office is very disorganized and I didn't feel heard or seen. I'm hoping he calls me back and clarifies this because I've been twice & don't feel like I know what's going on w my health.
