I consulted with Dr. Malka Loeb on May 5, 2026, regarding two front crowns. During my treatment…read moreappointment on May 19, an additional third crown was recommended while I was already in the dental chair preparing for the procedure. I ultimately agreed, but I wish this discussion had taken place during the consultation so I could have considered the treatment and financial implications beforehand. The most concerning part of my experience occurred during my crown placement appointment on June 9. When I respectfully shared this feedback and mentioned that I had already discussed a payment plan for the additional crown with the office manager, Dr. Loeb abruptly left the room and stated that she would not cement my crowns unless payment was made in full. As a patient in the middle of treatment, with three prepared teeth awaiting final restoration, I felt scared, vulnerable, and distressed. I understand that dental practices have payment policies, but I did not expect my concerns to be met in this manner, especially after I had already been working with the office on a payment arrangement. I appreciate Dr. Roman, the office manager, and the practice owner for stepping in, resolving the situation, and allowing my treatment to be completed. However, I believe patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect, especially when they are in such a vulnerable position.

Do not come here. I…read morewas looking for a new local dentist. They were able to fit me in, so I stopped in. They said they take insurance and they were listed on providers that my insurance company covers. WP Dental told me I had to pay for all visits upfront in cash before I could be seen and then they would contact my insurance company. I have never experienced this before and this is very illegal. I went in for a follow up because I had jaw pain. I waited over an hour to be seen and I ended up walking out. I do not recommend this place due to price gauging and lack of professionalism.

I have teeth sensitivity so use prescription toothpaste. Ran out of toothpaste so called the office on Monday and left a voicemail for a refill. Nothing happened till Thu, so called the office again at 9 AM talked to the receptionist was told I will get a callback. Didn't get a call till 4:40 PM so went to the office in person to get the prescription. Was told that the doctor is busy back to back and that I'm not the only person waiting. They will let me know when the doctor is available and if they will issue a refill. We are talking about Fluoride Toothpaste here not opioids! They called close to 5 PM saying as a one-time courtesy they will refill. However, going forward I will have to make a checkup appointment with the doctor only after that they will give me a toothpaste refill. So essentially, I need to see the doctor every month. This is in addition to my routine 6 month visits where they confirmed 2 months ago that my Oral health is just fine. Never had this experience with any other dentist.

Be careful with this dental office. When you call they tell you these things:…read more We accept your insurance, but we'll take X-rays just in case" to see what you need to get done. When they do that they are guaranteed to collect for those X-rays at least. Do they secure that payment. Whether you continue with other work or not, that payment is secured. Then bring in the dentist to tell you what you need to get done and how you can take out a credit card or set up a payment plan. In the end they tell you to go home and think about it then schedule an appointment, and of course you get so upset you don't return, and that's the sad part, they mislead you to go in to their office, take an X-ray and charge you for it, then break down a bill to you that they very well knew they weren't going to use insurance to cover.
