Dr. Cotter was terrific and saw me immediately on a Saturday afternoon (his usual time off) as an emergency case after a failed attempt at root canal surgery elsewhere. He was not only very understanding of my situation but also reassuring and clear about my different options. He is a great surgeon--very patient and precise--and ended up saving my difficult and problematic tooth. The whole experience was easy and comfortable and so unlike what I had previously experienced at a different office. I never felt any pain or discomfort in any of my appointments, and Dr. Cotter checked in with me by phone to make sure I was pain free after each procedure. I could not have had a better experience getting a root canal! Not only is the building beautiful and clean, but the staff is friendly and professional. I was referred to dr.cotter several years ago by my general dentist to complete a procedure that was too complex for the general dentist. unfortunately my dental health has required me to see dr. cotter for several different teeth. he and his staff are amazing. very professional, comforting and has competitive fees.
