She is responsive, proactive, hardworking, and a wonderful advocate in the current aggressive market. With 21 years of experience as a real estate agent in New Jersey, there isn't an issue Jen hasn't addressed. We knew we were in great hands with Jen, and we listed and bought with her as our agent. You'd be hard pressed to find a better agent. I proudly and enthusiastically recommend Jen Jopko for anyone looking for the best realtor for their family.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Michael Matthews and Orange Key Realty. Last summer…read moreI spontaneously called Orange Key after seeing Michael's face on the shopping cart at ShopRite. My wife and I were interested in selling our house in Spotswood and needed to do it quickly due to school calendar restrictions. We were historically hesitant to list our home because it seemed like such a daunting task. I scheduled an appointment and Michael came the day or two later and give us feedback about our house. He said he could sell it very quickly. Within the first four days (literally te first weekend!) we had the house sold for a really good price. We realized that we sold the house much quicker than we anticipated and Michael took us to countless tours of new prospective homes an hour west of Spotswood where we ultimately found and entered contract on our dream home. The primary reason we are recommending Michael and his team it's because we've never met anyone in the business world that can keep up with my wife or me. We move really REALLY quickly with things. MICHAEL SETS THR STANDARD FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT. Michael talked with us nearly every day throughout the house sale process, yet he never made us feel like we were burdening him. He always made us feel like his only client. He did not even mind that we took our one-year-old and four-year-old with us to most appointments. As a matter of fact he helped entertain our kids while we were able to look at the homes. He's great with kids, great with adults, and and it was a truly stand up guy. While we feel that we bought our dream home and hope to live here for a long time, we will certainly call him if and when we ever need to sell/buy. I'm so happy we went right to a pro rather than dealing with a part-time agent like we did eight years prior when we bought our original house. He always seemed to be well networked and got us into viewings nearly immediately despite being nearly on the other side of the state. It is evident that he invests in himself and his company (just look at his ads everywhere). He really is brushed up on current real estate knowledge and training. Customer service is a lost art as you probably are reminded every time you take a trip to any store. Michael really is a pro. He would probably also be an excellent psychotherapist as evidenced in his ability to bring me back down to Earth when I needed it. He was always a professional and a gentleman. He is on my short list of business people that I trust. Michael, thank you so much for everything! Sam, Angie , Matthew, and Isabella

As a well-built house in the desirable Colonial Oaks neighborhood with four bedrooms and three baths, we figured that it would sell promptly. We were wrong. What we did not know was that it was a time with a soft market. It took longer than we thought. It was a period of great worry and anxiety. However, we are indebted to Ofir for his skill and patience. He kept us informed every step of the way. He answered all of our questions. He always returned our phone calls promptly. In the end, he marketed our house effectively, even in a soft market. We highly recommend him!

He withheld the agreement from me until the very day of the settlement when I questioned the fee of $295 which he took out of my funds. He said here is the agreement you signed. I asked for my money back and he said that because I signed the document there is nothing I can do now. He also tried to push his mortgage broker on me and when I didn't agree to have his mortgage broker on the Agreement of Sale he threatened to cancel the contract and became so angry that I didn't even recognize him. When my mom was expecting to sell her home in Edison during the end of lockdown, we spent…read moreconsiderable time researching realtors, checking reviews and better business history, and had three come meet with our family and check out the house. At the time, Raymond was the clear winner for us. He was informed about the area and market, was thorough in his run-thru of the house, had a few options to offer us in terms of direction and was ready for referrals if we chose to do some work before putting it on the market. Plus was the first to reply and very quick with responses to questions later. If we'd opted to reno before the sale, he was able to offer hands-on construction management, so we could have passed that off to him, if we'd wanted. In the end, illness derailed mom's plans and she needed to remain in the home. But Raymond's patience through the process and his follow-up -- including a recent check-in, was very professional and appreciated. On that basis, the family feels confident in recommending him to others.

I made the decision to find a home with an in-law setup so that my father and I could be close while maintaining our independence. I wondered how on earth I was supposed to accomplish this. My Mom was good with these things... Diane, Kate, and the team made the entire process of buying and selling a house seamless. Whenever a challenge arose, like needing junk removal or specific house repairs, Diane and her team quickly found efficient solutions. More than once, Diane responded with that familiar phrase, "I know a guy." This took so much of the pressure and burden involved in buying/selling off our shoulders. I truly appreciated their ability to communicate and provide valuable advice to us throughout this whole process. This is a team with knowledge, depth, and experience! Highly recommended! They did not disappoint, from being able to sell our house (as promised) the first few hours of being on the market, to even selling it above asking price. We never felt unsafe going through the home search as they made every effort to keep everyone safe during these trying times of COVID-19. I'm in sales, and interior design is my hobby, so I planned to sell my house myself. I so grossly underestimated the process, I asked Claudia to help me in less than a week. She took everything off my hands, helped me identify a price I was comfortable with, and she ended up with a bidding war on my house. The lending process is extremely rocky these days, and when my original buyer was unable to secure a mortgage, Claudia found another buyer and signed them within hours (this may be unusual, but Claudia works very hard so it didn't surprise me). She is extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions...but always referred me to my attorney when it was appropriate. She is always transparent and realistic. There were multiple times when I was frustrated with the original buyer situation, and she "talked me off the ledge" multiple times, and helped me get my perspective back. Claudia follows up DILIGENTLY!! I always heard back from her right away, she stayed on top of the process and all involved parties, and if something was urgent, she pursued the involved persons until she got resolution or responses. Everything on her end was on time or early, and she is very hands-on through the whole process. You will immediately see that you're in good hands, that you're working with someone who wants what you want - for the real estate transaction to take place timely. Buying and selling is stressful these days. Call Claudia. Get great help. Like me, you'll be so glad you did.
