The process of home buying and selling is a lot of things; stressful, emotional, confusing... Brian was with us every step of the way, in our corner, keeping us abreast and following up on every showing request, every question we had and every concern, no matter how minor. When you work with Brian, you get access to his entire network. As someone who last purchased a home nearly ten years ago, I didn't have a group of people with which to work. Brian was able to recommend trusted professionals, whom he has worked with in the past, for inspections, legal, title, contractors, and more. Each person that Brian brought into our home selling/buying process was excellent and I wouldn't have had that kind of access if I worked with a different agent. As a salesperson myself, I would say that Brian's greatest attribute is his responsiveness. Brian is a constant communicator; early morning, late evening, weekend, holiday...doesn't matter. I don't know if he even sleeps. I don't recall ever waiting more than a few minutes for a response back from Brian, whether it be email, phone, text, etc. Great customer service and great passion for people. Lastly, if I can say one thing about Brian Smith it's that when he helps sell your home or buy the next, it's not just a piece of property. Brian inserts himself so passionately into your experience, he is no longer just a real estate agent but a trusted advisor and friend who guides you through every step as if it were his own home.
