My Appointment was scheduled for Wed Feb 11, 2026 at 12p PST. Ogdan calls me at 10am (Waking me up because I have medical insomnia since My Military Service) and states "Hello, this is Jennifer at Orban Dental. I am reaching out to you because you are scheduled today at 12pm to discuss veneers. Our front office put you with a provider that does not regularly do veneers, but we do have an opening a little earlier at 10:40am with the doctor that does cosmetic cases. Would that earlier time work for you? -Orban Family Dental -Orban Family Dental" My Thoughts: The Receptionist / Scheduler 100% knew I needed to see someone SPECIFICALLY for Veneers AND I double-checked w/this front desk lady, and yet this office is contradicting themselves & claiming the OPPOSITE (This is a RED FLAG!). I asked if they could get me in with another specialist (Since they got it totally wrong even though I DOUBLE-CHECKED after they initially scheduled me with a specialist), and she said not until the 17th, which is nearly a week from now. We went and found out they were not in network so decided to not go again. My wife's fellow employee's said that they were back in network so she called in said "great that you are now in network" and they didn't say crap about that. We got an "estimate" which did not disclose in writing or verbally that they were not in network with Cigna. Their "estimate" was we would be responsible for $1,154.00 out of $2,778. Had some work done and they called us to let us know insurance was paying what they thought it would so we stopped treatment. Total bill was $2,004 and our responsibility is $1,580. DO NOT GO THERE they don't disclose crap and wouldn't agree to discount his bill. Mark N.
