Specialties
The approach of Chinese medicine considers the health of the body as a whole, and from this perspective, different clinical conditions may share similar roots. Through this approach, I have successfully treated a wide range of clinical conditions, and with a healthy lifestyle, recurrences are rare once the root of the problem has been remedied.
NOTE: Patients seen by appointment only, with clinic hours varying accordingly. Same-day add-ons are also accommodated whenever possible.

History
Established in 1992.
I first began my practice in the United States in 1992, but prior to coming to the US, I had already been practicing acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for two decades in China. Today, I have over 40 years of experience in TCM as both an acupuncturist and an Chinese herbologist.

Meet the Business Owner: Wei L.
Physicians of TCM have been in my family for generations in our clinic, De Shou Tang. At age 12, I started reading TCM classics and training under my father's rigorous supervision. By age 17, I was seeing my own patients. I also went on to study both Chinese and Western medicine at Anhui Medical University, graduating magna cum laude, and practiced as a hospitalist for 10+ years before coming to the US.
In the US, I taught at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) for 12 years. In 2003, I published the first complete English textbook and clinical reference on nephrology in Chinese medicine, entitled "Diseases of the Kidney and Bladder." Today, I have been practicing Chinese medicine for over 40 years, and have helped patients from all across the Pacific Northwest.
