We love that their supplements are natural and well-researched and that this company is working to help empower people with information about health. Their webinars and YouTube videos are amazingly informative and FREE. They do offer paid consultations, which are very expensive, but totally worth it to do at least once if you need the information. We also love the wealth of information we get from the pharmacists and the focus on natural health, when possible. It's the only way to truly know what EXACTLY is in your medication, especially if you need something dye-free, preservative-free, alcohol-free, and/or sugar-free, or you have any type of allergy to medication ingredients. SRRx also offers nutritional counseling and weight loss programs. Keep in mind, making prescriptions from scratch DOES take time, so get your Rx in ASAP. It's not like retail Rx where they transfer premade pills from one bottle to the other in less than twenty minutes. They usually need 1-2 BUSINESS days to get a prescription ready. IMHO, this should be where you get all of your supplements and compounded medications!

Instead of trying to problem solve or expressing concern, the pharmacist told me that this didn't happen to other people. I understand that individual responses vary and that the pharmacy is not responsible for my specific reaction, but to have a serious reaction to their product and to be responded to in a way that felt like blaming the patient was not great. I found some of the people that I spoke with there pleasant, but most of them to be very rude and abrupt. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them.

Boy, was that a mistake. Per the NP's recommendation, I checked in at the counter to let them know she had sent over a couple of prescriptions for me. I was given a curt response, something to the effect of we're working on them-one is done, just waiting on the second one to be filled. After 40 minutes of waiting, they called me up to the counter to tell me the second prescription was out of stock, has been ordered, and would be available the next day after 1pm. I almost went back to the NP to ask her to call in the prescription to Costco, which is where I get all my prescriptions filled, but figured a day delay wouldn't be that bad. Again, bad move on my part. The next afternoon around 2pm, I got a text from CVS to say they had placed an order for the medicine that was supposed to have already been delivered. When I tried calling the pharmacy, I was connected to an automated system that told me my prescription would be out of stock for several weeks. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with someone at the clinic, who got my prescription transferred over to Costco and I picked up my medication that night. When I asked if they took passport pictures, this employee put down a box of items he was carrying and was like, "Yeah, I can help you!" His name was Tisean, and he was so personable and accommodating. With his pleasant demeanor, he took several pics of me and we chatted and joked, while we chose the perfect photo! He went above and beyond the average employee and he was not only friendly, but he was efficient!
