The party responsible found its replica, plus cups, saucers and other paraphernalia on Craig's List. I live on the West Coast and the tea set was owned by a gentleman outside Syracuse NY who told me he was too old and cranky to pack and ship things, so I would have to swing by and pick it up. So I called John (he picked up the phone on the third ring) and he put Joyce on the job. Four days later, I had my tea set, packed immaculately by Joyce, box clearly marked "fragile." This is why small businesses such as the well-named "Green Light" are the backbone of our communities. The price, considering the service & labor involved, was reasonable. I would trust John and his team with any shipping and packing job, or even random local "favor" I needed.

The wings are made fresh, the tenders are hand battered and made to order. This is takeout only, and parking is very limited because it is on a residential block. The shop itself has a surprising variety of products available for being so small. It's like stepping into an inner city bodega, but in Westvale. The other menu items I've had are low mid, but the chicken is 5 star, so I give them the average of that with bonus for being so friendly and accommodating when they get super busy. (I called in an order right before they got slammed and because it wasn't ready when they quoted, they added extra.)

When we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by a waitress with the warmest and prettiest smiles. She was friendly and pleasant the entire time we were there. That really was the best way to start our day. We ordered short stacks of pancakes and steak and eggs to share. The aroma from the pancakes and steak immediately made us set a high expectation to the food. The pancakes were fluffy, the steak was cooked to our liking, the home fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. I loved that they offered marble rye bread as one of the toasts choices. It's the first time I had it. Boy, everything about that toast was perfect! We couldn't finish all the food because the portion sizes were huge. It's the best diner food we ever had! Not only that we enjoyed our food, we loved the hometown neighborhood diner decor vibes. We had a very good experience at Gracie's Kitchen.

Ordering off their website, I got a large cheese pizza with mushrooms and spinach. 20 minutes later I show up and the pizza was good to go. I like my pizza a little crispy so I ordered it that way. Everything was terrific. The mushrooms and spinach were fresh. There was plenty of fresh mozzarella cheese too. Though there's no such thing as "too much cheese" on a pizza, this was the perfect amount. The topper is the sauce and the crust. Both of them excellent!
