"It won't be till October" ok, send referral to Dartmouth. 3x before Dartmouth received it & it was only because I rode their ass every day! Then to get into that portal, what a joke!! horrible horrible horrible. communication is terrible, care is laughable, no bedside manner

This is by far the worst group of medical professionals I have ever had to deal with... From the incompetence of the prescription refill line...and also the unheard of waiting up to 72 hours for a refill ( and do not tell me it is because they are busy), I have worked in medical for over 40 years, and know full well it is just a ten second or less task to order refills, to being told by a physician , when I was in there last week, questioning a possible sinus infection, that all I was getting was a "basic clinical diagnosis, no frills", when I inquired why he did not even look up my nose or in my ears!!!!! I could have done that myself!!! It took less than 5 minutes of his time.....I would have done better at my local vet...Seriously, would not recommend them to anyone... I am now in the process of trying to find a Primary that actually has a brain.... wish me luck read more
