He asked to look inside my throat and he listened to my breathing and asked me did I want a doctors excuse and he would send a prescription in even though all the pharmacies were already closed for the night. I told him no excuse and asked him was there anything he could do for me on tonight since I could not get my medicine until the next day and he said there was nothing he had there that would help me. I asked him did the clinic have any seasonal allergy shots he said no and left the room. I preceded to the front desk and I asked the lady could she tell me what was done for me the last time I was here. I asked that question because on my prior visit I came for my allergies but I was diagnosed with Covid. She said she did not want to tell me wrong so she would get the doctor. He told her HE DID NOT KNOW AND IT DOES NOT MATTER. I asked her if he could come from behind the wall and speak with me please and he came. I asked him about what I heard him say and he said he did not say it. I asked him if he could tell me about my prior history he said he did not look it up. I told him that the nurse said my blood pressure was high and he said yes it is because you are taking ed-a-hist. I asked him could I possibly have Covid again or strept he said no you do not have those symptoms. I asked him what are the symptoms he said your lymph nodes would be swollen and I told him he did not touch my neck so is that something he just assumed visually. He told me my visit was over for tonight and goodbye. He showed no concern for me it made me feel as if it was personal even though I have never been seen by him. He showed no emotion and he looked at me in an intimidating way. He made me feel as though I was there for an excuse and that I was lying this was the worst visit I have ever had at Fast Pace and I just can not see myself coming back. I hate that I experienced an awful visit and I hope that he does not treat another patient this way. If there are any cameras at the front desk I would like for them to be reviewed so that it will provide a learning experience for Dr. James Campbell and hopefully spark a change in him. They do their best to get you in and out, and I love that you don't have to sit in the waiting room and wait forever you can leave do what you need to do around town and come back at your appointment time. Appointment times are very accurate so you really don't have any wait time! As a mom of six this is such a blessing to have a place like this to come. Lots of other places have been rude to us simply because we have a large family and you can't leave and come back you can't even wait in your car which is very hectic when you have lots of kids. Most places also leave us waiting at least 3 hours this place is the best we've ever been to! Have recommended it over and over and we don't go anywhere else unless we have to!

I called ahead to make sure they accept my insurance and headed to the office, I get there and again confirm they accept my insurance. After an hour I'm finally brought to a room, they look and tell me it's not infected and will wash my ear out. The physician says he'll be right back and an hour goes by, finally I go out into the office area and the physician is flirting with one of the girls and seems to have forgotten about me. They do their thing and I'm finally leaving after another 30 minutes. A week later I get home and follow up with my normal doctor and it turns out I do have a pretty bad ear infection, she said there's no way that the doctor at state urgent care should have missed it. To top it all off 2 months later I get a bill from collections stating I owe state urgent care $200 this was after I confirmed both over the phone and in person that they accept my insurance. No calls, no email letting me know about the balance, just straight to collections.
