When we arrived, we were the only customers, and in no way were we greeted right away. Once we placed our order (two original, one with steak), there were 5 other patrons after us. As we waited (almost 15 minutes with no apology and no update on the wait time), we began to realize our order was taking quite some time for just two originals, and I even questioned if he was making everyone's orders at the same time as ours - YEP!! I was RIGHT!!! The second he handed us our orders, he called the people behind us too for theirs bagged and ready to go. He didn't apologize to us for the wait, he didn't thank us for our business - NOTHING!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We will never return. It takes two seconds to apologize to a customer for their wait and thank them for their business. Stupid us for thinking he'd complete our order first since we were first in line.

I ordered the Mile High Burger, and it was incredible, messy, and worth every sauce-filled, drippy bite! The Mile High Burger features two large patties topped with cheese, brisket-cut grilled pastrami, a secret sauce, and grilled onions. This massive pile of food packed amazing textures and flavors into every bite. No skimpy brisket portions here; this thing was thickly stacked, and that secret sauce (I think it's spiced-up BBQ sauce?) was practically drinkable! The menu offered at the carnival seemed limited, but based on their online menus, their brick-and-mortar locations have tons of options. They offer over 20 burger styles, chicken sandwiches, chili dogs, veggie burgers, and breakfast sandwiches, just to name a few. Looks like I have some foodie work to do!

There is an area to wait for your food with a few tablesand chairs. We did have to wait a little while but the food was so worth it. I got the loaded mac & cheese with mild spice. The flavors were excellent. There was a little crunch in the coating on the chicken, a really creamy texture to the mac & cheese, and just the right amount of spice for my taste. There was so much food in one order of mac & cheese that it's going to last probably three meals! The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that the chairs and table were horribly uncomfortable, even just to sit and wait for the food to be prepared. A couple of cushions would be great.
