Sprayed something on my grass right before I left for a two week vacation. I came home and noticed it looked bad. I mowed it and it looked even worse. They suggested it was a fungus and wanted to charge me over $100 to treat it. They ruined my St Augustine grass which was beautiful before I left. Wow. Very disappointed with the Weed Man of Whitehouse, TX. I was needing granular fertilizer spread on my yard and coordinated with Tim for over a week. I told him I had lots of crabgrass but still wanted a fertilizer treatment. So he arrived this morning at 7:30am and we walked my yard for 25 minutes as he pointed out crabgrass, st Augustine, centipede and Bermuda. I reminded him I was fully aware of my weeds. I then asked him to proceed with the treatment. He told me not to waste my money. I again said "Tim, please fertilize my yard." He answered that he wasn't going to do it. Being a small business owner, and knowing time is much more valuable than money, I became irritated and asked him to leave. As he left I told him he should have not wasted all my time in phone calls, planning, etc. If there was one iota of a chance Weed Man of Whitehouse was going to waste literally hours of my time by not spreading fertilizer on my yard, he should have told me of that possibility during my first phone call to him. I recommend to anyone reading this, to not use Weed Man Tim. read more
