This business deserves less than one star. Their scheduling is inconvenient and inconsistent, their customer service is beyond horrid, and at the end of the day, their treatments are ineffective. What a complete waste of money. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere. They have lost a repeat customer as I terminated my contract today, and the supervisor instead of trying to be helpful, was triggered, emotional, completely unprofessional and could care less whether I kept the contract. Wow. Literally a scam. Guy doesn't show. Sends letters which say "if you don't sign this letter and return it you're automatically renewed for service" I had to threaten to sue them. BEWARE,BEWARE Paid for services not rendered, no call back to customers regarding issues with lawn. Was charged 588.00 for services that did absolutely nothing to maintain my lawn. Have several videos of technicians spending less than 4mins at residence to " complete job" maybe 1 or 2 spins around house not covering all areas. You probably would be better off donating your money to charity then giving it to these theives. Worthless company. Contacting attorney since company does not return calls. We hired Weedman over a year ago, spent hundreds of dollars to remove brown spots and lawn aeration was part of the package. They tore up our lawn, severing underground wires because, as the owner Matt said, " the didn't have the right equipment." His solution to fix the damage was to stomp on the chunks ripped out. Over one year later, the brown spots are worse. Matt complained that because he had to fix our tiny yard, he did not have enough time to spend with his girlfriend. They are very unexperienced, unprofessional and rude. read more

I was a skeptic for years but Weed Man showed me the error of my ways. The service people who come out are super friendly and accomodating. Not only that , whenever I have a question, the business owner, Matt always answers me promptly and professionally. Once I thought when I first got started that I had a problem but WeedMan took their time and explained everything to me in a way I could actually understand. Do not trust this service. I would have bought a bag of Dylox and spread it myself if I hadn't had recent shoulder surgery and I repeatedly told that to the salesperson, Melinda, when I called. My yard was being dug up by an animal because of grubs and I needed an immediate solution. She told me the technician would check for grubs and sure enough he found one to show me. I asked both of them if there was anything I needed to do after the chemical was applied and the answer was no. My arm is in a sling so I prepaid for the service to get a 7% discount. It took him 10 minutes to spread the Dylox. Not long after he left I received an email saying that in order for the product to work it had to be watered into the lawn for at least 30 minutes. I am unable to do that. I called weed man and spoke to Jay who assured me that because it was drizzling rain when it was applied and had actually stopped drizzling before the tech left that I would be ok. I googled Dylox and read the back of the bag and it must be watered in thoroughly for it to be effective. But when I challenged him about that he had Jeremy call me and I was told I can't believe everything I read on the internet and that the tech said the lawn was wet enough. He told me to wait 2 weeks and give it time to work. In that 2 weeks time my lawn continued to be dug up. I called again and asked for a refund but was told the product worked and the best he could do was to reapply it. I am still unable to roll out a hose and water all areas of my lawn for 30 minutes. I would have found another solution if i would have just been told that I had to water it before I ordered the service. If the product worked why would Jeremy offer to reapply it? Well they did come today to reapply but since it isn't raining I suppose I will still have grubs. What a waste of chemicals and my money. read more

I personally have not gotten services done by Weedman, as I currently rent an apartment but my parents and several of my friends use them for their lawn care needs! My parents aren't Computer savvy so I told them I would write this review for them. I have heard absolutely wonderful things, and everyone's lawns truly speak for themselves. My parents mentioned that their interactions with the owner have always been pleasant, and he's always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I used this branch of Weedman USA in Bucks County to help me with my lawn. My wife and I want our lawn to look as well as possible as we have an in ground pool and we want everything to look good. So we hired Weedman Bucks County. The first year things looked better but not great, but I understand that these things take time. The second year I tried everything that they recommended up to this point, then we were promised the annual "free lawn report" that the technician filled out sitting in her vehicle yesterday. I may be silly but if you are going to recommend services for my lawn, maybe you should look at my lawn.This is a marketing company not a lawn fertilizer company. If you want more results than what they are doing for everyone, find another company. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service , worst customer service. They came today to weed the lawn and what usually cost 40 has escalated to 140. That's not the worst part. They broke and left my gate open and my two dogs got out and were gone for over and hour. When I called to speak to owner. Guess what if coarse he's unavailable. After calling back and getting hung up on several times by the receptionist. We used this company & our grass is worse than ever. There was always an excuse as to why they were not out when they were supposed to be. Trying to get ahold of them to cancel our account is impossible, instead they keep sending us renewal letters. Ordered their service, they were supposed to come out and never did. I called and left a message. They called a week later saying they would be out the week coming up. Never showed up again! Horrible follow-up service. I went to Lowes and bought the stuff myself and did it for 1/4 of the price. I would not trust a company with such horrible customer service and does not show up when they are supposed to. There is no excuse to treat customers like this. After maintaining our lawn for many years, I decided to try using a lawn service, WeedMan in Bucks County, PA. After using them for a full year, I do not recommend WeedMan. I pre-paid for annual service, which was to include 6 treatments, plus a free summer inspection. One of the treatments was never done. Summer inspection? If it was done, they never told me about it, or showed me any results. I also requested 2 optional services: grub control and core aeration. For the grub control, I made several phone calls, but it was never done. They did, however, send me a bill. When I called to complain, the employee did not believe me, and said that they would have to check the 'GPS records'. After much haggling, they said they would "write-off" the bill, and made me feel like they were doing me a big favor. For the core aeration, I notified them in March that I wanted this service. I made several phone calls to remind them in August and September, but they never came. In October I received a bill for aeration. When I called to complain, the employee did not believe me. As it turns out they did the aeration on a neighbor's lawn and also billed her, even though the neighbor never requested the service. Since she was also a WeedMan customer I can understand how the employee might go to the wrong house, however, my neighbor lives on a different street with a different name. More phone calls and finally core aeration was done in late October, but much too late for the over seeding that I had planned to do. I do not recommend WeedMan. read more

BEWARE! We are in our 70's and decided to hire Weed Man for grass/lawn treatments. He was great during the consultation and for the 1st visit however he collected the total amount for the job upfront. After the 1st visit and after getting paid, he was nowhere to be found. My wife and I had to keep calling and asking when he was coming back to perform the services we paid for. Once he would finally call back, he always had an excuse like rain or traffic etc. He was way behind in the treatment schedule. Needless to say, our lawns look the same if not worse after hiring Weed Man. It is not worth it no matter how reasonable he is. You pay for nothing but headaches and I sort of feel like he takes advantage of older residents. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. read more

I rarely provide comments or reviews for services, and this one is bad. I used Weed Man for the first time this year and there were three applications they did. Before I agreed to the service, they promised weed free on my lawn after the applications. After the three applications, there are still weed all over my Lawn. I received a total of $144.00 with some late fees. A gentleman from the company called and left a voice message about the bill and said they can waive the later payment. The reason I was holding on the payment was because evident of weed after the application. So, I called the company back and told them about why I was holding on the payment, and gave the company my credit card. They replied that they will get someone out there again. Two days later, I realized that i was charged with $165.00. The latest bill i received was 144.00 plus 19.20 for the late fee, so the total is $163.20. The gentleman who left a voice message on my phone said there will be no late payment. Regardless, how did $163.20 become $165.00 without my authorization? I had called and left a voice message, and yet no one replied yet. Bad service plus billing scams. Try to avoid this company. read more
