The work, including clean up, was thorough and completed as scheduled. The price was fair and reasonable. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and cordial. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. I will definitely return to them for any tree work.

Most definitely a five star operation here. My family and I had no complaints about the job that…read morewas done today. First of all the crew arrived promptly at 8:00AM. We were initially given a window so we were delighted to be the first job of the day. There was a massive tree in our yard. So massive that neighbors finally became annoyed with the overhang of vines and weeds so it had to come down. The crew came prepared with all manner of tree cutting and disposal machinery and tools. The whole system involved several trucks that took up a good portion of the street. These guys were thorough and professional. Several cars had to be moved out of the way one of which was dead. No problem. They jumped it and moved it as well as another for a disabled neighbor and when the job was done they put the cars back in their original spaces. They cleaned constantly throughout the process. Living in a row home meant most of the trunk had to be carried out through the house. They handled that part just as well. Do read your contract, they spell out many specifics like how much of the trunk of our tree could be cut down because it had begun to grow into the fence. This should make clear your expectations. Highly recommended.

Cement contractor left the pour form supported by boulders street side along with two pylons. Contacted Mercado 2x by phone and once by E-Mail to have it removed. First, it really breaks my heart to leave this review but if you follow my reviews, I typically…read moreonly leave reviews on great quality service or extremely bad service. Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

I thought I wrote and posted a review before but probably was too busy enjoying what Buddy and his…read moreteam did for our backyard to realize it never went through! What they did to our home was nothing short of amazing. We had a full gut rehab and went over budget a good amount to where we couldn't finish the backyard. These gentlemen worked with our budget and even found gaps in our rehab project (roof leaks, bathroom finish, gutters/drains, etc) and even fixed those for us. Now I could say that alone would be a selling point, but no, there's more. They worked quickly and efficiently! They were punctual and communicative in every step of the way. On top of that, they are great people. No one that our family spoke with ever lied to us about something they would or could do and they always made sure to check in with us along the way. I wrap this up saying this. We had a terrible backyard, TERRIBLE! It looked like it could not be salvaged with all that needed to be done and getting things in and out of it. These men are miracle workers and will for sure be invited back to our home for the housewarming and whenever we need anything else as a contracting service! 6 Stars!
