I have been a Weed Man Memphis customer for approximately 1.5 years and unfortunately my lawn is now in worse condition than when service began. The front yard became increasingly thin, discolored, and overrun with weeds despite continued treatments and payments totaling over $850. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, including discussions with technicians, management, and a supervisor visit. Most concerning, after filing a formal complaint and requesting assistance, I received little to no meaningful response. I have since obtained a professional estimate showing that my front yard now requires restoration and resodding. The Weed Man-Memphis is one of the worse companies ever. They are liars. They overcharge you and the chicks working in the office (Marissa and Hannah don't know anything about billing. These people are a rip off. When I signed up I gave my credit card and it was on file. My original price the sales rep gave me was $64.40 monthly for a total of $386.38 for the total of the yard treatments. The first person came out to service my yard was Jason and he was wonderful. My grass was green and looking pretty. I specifically stated I the same person each time. This didn't happen. The next time they sent someone else and a day after my grass turned brown and looked like it was burned, and I must mention I still to this day don't know how he got inside my locked gate. He said it was opened and I know that was a lie. I called the office and one of the gals in the office stated there are cameras on the truck. I know the cameras can't see in the back of the house and the truck parked in the front. I was told an investigation would occur and I would be called back. That didn't happen. They sent the little supervisor Nate out and he stated the guy was one of his best workers. I don't give a damn. I watched him on my camera. Nate checked my grass and stated I had fungus and wanted to give me a fungus treatment. This is how they try to make money. Needless to say that didn't work. I didn't have any fungus, my grass was burned, even in the backyard where there was no problems brown spots showed up. This man had the nerve to tell me walking on the grass and things laying on the grass caused the brown spots. When Jason returned to doing my yard, the grass started back growing. Now I will get to billing. I had a credit card in file from day and they didn't charge my card and instead charged me a late fee. When I called after receiving an email, they lied like they tried to run it and I know that was a lie. I have a large credit limit in this card and I would have been notified if it was attempted. Well, they just charged me what they wanted. I tried to get Marissa to give me answers and she was just rambling. You will see in the pictures there are numerous different prices and even what shows online is different that what I was told today and what the email stated. I cancelled services. They won't get another dime from me. This is a fraudulent company. Stay far away from this business. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

If I could give this company a 00 I would. The worst lawn care service and the worst customer service I have experience! They came out and did a spray and it seems like more weeds popped up everywhere! I called into the office and told them I wanted to cancel my service and Justin Hensley did everything to keep me as a customer and he would make it right! He offered free re sprays. They billed me for the resprays and will not remove them from my account! I have spoken to almost everyone there to get this taken care of! As of today, no one has contact me to get this resolved! And I still have weeds after the resprays! Stay away from this company!!!! read more
