Do not use Jones Brothers Tree Service! They will not correct a $50 billing error that was made in their office. I paid in full $400 quoted for stump removal. Someone wrote down $450 in error & they admit that. Numerous phone calls by me & they keep assuring they will fix it but they don't. 3 months have gone by & it still isn't corrected. Horrible! I Tried to book with them but unable. Their arborist was incredibly good at the initial consult. This gave me great confidence. However, the back office failed with communication at every step. They never read the contract and tried to send 2 different services out that I never requested all while NEVER booking the one I did want. HUGE waste of time. Removed a sick oak tree in less than 2 hours and left yard cleaner than before they came. Very professional.

Too bad there isn't a zero to give this company. I personally would not recommend this company to cut a small bush down. This company came and trimmed the tree in my yard and did a poor job. We called them to no avail. They cut all of the wrong limbs and left a big branch over the house. They also left branches over my neighbor's house and she eventually called another company to cut the branch's from over her house from my tree. I am disappointed and when anyone ask for recommendation, I would not recommend these folks. They half did the job. read more
