After assessing the trees, she kindly let me know that we were just outside of their service area. What happened next really stood out. On her drive back to the office, Natalie actually took the time to text me a photo of a local tree contractor she spotted nearby. She recommended him, noting that he's local, would likely offer more competitive pricing, and wouldn't have as far of a drive. In this day and age, it's almost unheard of for a business owner to go out of their way to refer a potential customer to a competitor like that. I was genuinely impressed and very appreciative of her honesty and thoughtfulness. Even though we won't be using Bumblebee for this job, I would highly recommend Natalie and the entire Bumblebee Tree Service & Landscape Design team without hesitation. If they service your area, you'll be in great hands with a company that clearly puts integrity and customer care first. Thank you, Natalie!

Alonso was professional and clear in all of his communication with me from the initial walk-through around my property to the days of complex work on my property to the final celebration of liberating our home from the massive oak tree that fell on and remained on my house until they removed it. It was a complex job and Captain's Tree Service was up to every aspect of it. I don't have sufficient words to describe how confident I was in having Captain's do the work to remove the trees. I am forever grateful for their superb work and careful attention to my requests. I will never forget them. Sidebar: while their initial focus was to cut up and remove the 4 trees that fell, I also had them remove 2 massive tulip poplars that were still standing but were close to my house. I also had them grind up all the stumps. Excellent work and fair prices

This required them to take the lift back into the area to cut it down. The crew started speaking spanish and laughing. The joke was on them (I also speak spanish). Clean up was subpar. He said they would send a crew out to take care of the areas needing cleaned up. This was a week ago and no show from Captains tree service. I would avoid using them, their price was good but service wasn't. Crew also sat in my neighbors yard to eat their lunch
