I hired Weedman to come out and spray the yard and rock areas. I told them not to spray the strawberries that were in the rocks. I came out a day after they were here, and our awesome strawberries were indeed sprayed and totally destroyed. I called and was told not to eat them. Was hoping I didn't have to do this! So we used Weedman last year very smooth and then this year they charged me for extra footage that wasn't charged last year and didn't provide service. I was patient for several treatments until I wasn't patient because they were not doing the Service. In the midst of all of this then another team member reached out for more services. And I was upset. Let him know it wasn't his fault but this other issue had not been resolved. Miss " Abby " neither communicated with me or her staff and I kept getting the run around to find out today they completely cancelled my service and I hadn't given my answer yet. She kept giving excuses for lack of communication. She mentioned they cancelled my services because I was unhappy on my last call with the gentleman. Even tho she had mentioned to me I had every right to be upset because all that had gone on for several months. Wow! You guys don't waste your time. This is a very unorganized company. They will take your money and not do the service. It's sad when you have to try to be home for every service to make sure it's getting done correctly. I had cameras set up thankfully so I could stand behind my word. WEEDMAN WHAT DO YOU STAND FOR EXCEPT DISHONESTY! They are horrible to deal with. Happy to give my business to someone else! This company is great. The staff is friendly, and they keep their business simple. I didn't have to commit to anything long term, and they give me a call periodically to ask if I need them to come out. If I do, great, they're out within a few days. If not, no big deal and no pressure. I've been really impressed with Mike's customer service and with the quality of the product he uses to kill the weeds. I highly recommend! read more

We used Weed Man (Fort Collins) last year and had multiple issues with them. The largest was when I was scheduled for my front yard fertilizer and weed control. I heard the truck pull up and looked out the windows and found he had parked in front of our neighbor's yard which I thought was odd since he was going to have to use equipment off his truck for our yard. We have a ring doorbell and driveway camera with alerts set for them. After several minutes the doorbell triggered and the work person was placing a small "this area treated area" to our front yard. Our driveway alarm never went off and it covers the west part of our front yard which is where we had the major weed problem. And the doorbell alarm which covers the door and the front yard never went off other than when he put the sign on our lawn. The worker then got into his truck and drove away. My wife called them to complain and the worker returned and assured us that he did the work he was supposed to do. He asked, if you want' I'll put a second weed control on your west front yard of which I said yes. He applied weed control and then he left. The company sent a representative to our house a week or 2 later to make sure the issue was taken care of. We replied about the weeds were good but not the fertilizer. We explained that he never triggered either of our front yard alarms, meaning that he never set foot on either one except to put the flag on it. He said that we were at the end of the season and that would have been the last application (in other words he wasn't sending anyone back to fertilize). He said they use GPS to watch their trucks and that he would follow up with it to make sure all was good. I told him at that point that there would be no more of his services needed and not to call for next year and that we would not be using them again. He left. I don't feel they are honest as a lot of people aren't home when they do their work so you don't know if it was done or not. I still believe that there was no fertilizer done on the front yard on that visit. The weeds did die, which was odd because that was the 3rd or 4th weed application and they were not going away. The company can only be as good as their workers are and in this case it was not good enough for us to continue or renew with them. read more
