This has been my 1st season with Weed Man. Although they've come back for re-applications free of charge, the fact remains that supplemental treatments have been necessary. On top of this I was charged $100 for a special application I was later told was never going to work. A charge-back claim has been filed with my bank because the promise of a supervisor calling me never occurred. There was also a very high pressure call about lawn aeration despite the fact I made clear someone else already handles that 2 X per year. Today Thomas came over for a routine weed control appointment. He seems VERY honest, organized & upfront, and apparently will be taking on increased responsibility next year. If(?) I decide to stay with this company in 2026, it will pretty much be on account of him. read more

We contacted WeedMan about a one-time weed treatment. Instead, we were signed up for a subscription service we never authorized. Trying to cancel was a total headache--we got bounced between corporate and the local Littleton franchise before finally reaching someone who could help cancel the subscription. Then a WeedMan employee came to our house, tried to upsell us on services we didn't need, and was clearly told no. Later that day, we got an email saying we had ordered nearly $300 of extra services (we had not) and would be charged unless we canceled--again, by enduring a phone maze. On top of that, the rep didn't even apply weed killer that we requested. Instead, he fertilized the lawn --something we didn't need or ask for. This is the second time we've been signed up for services we didn't agree to, and canceling is a pain. The one service we did request was bungled. Even after asking them to stop contacting us, they have called again trying to "win us back" while also going into gaslight mode to tell us we didn't experience what we very clearly experienced. There are an abundance of lawn care companies in the Denver metro area that don't use these types of shady tactics. We regret using WeedMan and won't be making that mistake again. read more

these people showed up without communicating an appointment and sprayed chemicals on our backyard grass - and then our dogs were unknowingly let out to play in the backyard. seriously upset and concerned about the chemical exposure to our dogs and that they will get cancer now. poor communication and endangering our pets - i am livid!! do not use these people!!! read more

On a recommendation, we started using Weed Man, Centennial this year. We have wonderful service and advice from Thomas, and our lawn is looking better than ever. Also, our landscape rock and river rock areas are free of weeds, which was a huge problem in the past. Thomas provides friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable service for our outdoor areas. We have had them for several years to control weeds around our house and we have been happy with that service. They charged us $117.00 for a Mosquito control application that we did not want or need as we already had a pest control service. and they later apologized, reversed the charge and gave us one free weed-control application. Because we have had several years of good weed-control service, we are continuing with Weedman Lawncare. read more

They postponed a fertilizer application due to a little wind. Didn't see them try again for another month so I didn't use them again for the next season. Now they harass me with constant sales calls no matter how many times I tell them to stop calling me. One more call and I'll have a lawsuit ready for them read more

While we were away overseas, Weedman of Colorado Springs was supposedly taking care of the weeds in our yard. We finally got a manager to come out. He said that he couldn't see what the problem was! I hired these guys about a month ago I have weeds growing everywhere. I have tried calling three times. I was always told somebody's gonna call me back. No one has ever called me back. They cannot find my account which they said they would call me back on that issue as well, the only service they did is the first one and within three weeks the weeds were growing up again and yet no one will even call me or fix this issue.
