The service guy that came was nice but he did not solve my problem cleaning my dryer vent. He said he cleaned it from the inside of the unit about 8 feet before his air compressor hose stopped. He went outside the building and couldn't locate an exterior vent anywhere. He tried the roof and didn't see anything either. He said it would be an issue because my issue won't be fixed and that it would be a fire hazard. I told him I was not satisfied with the service. He called his manager and the manager said to tell me they completed their job even thought they did not and offer a $5 discount off the $139 charge. Absolutely ridiculous, my dryer still doesn't dry. I do not recommend Delintz at all.

I looked closer and they don't even have the basic adhesion on them. Talk about cheep. So I'm now fixing several of them. Next, our front door is not square, so I'm fixing that. Had to change some indoor for handles because they literally fell apart... no hard use, they just feel apart. Just looked under the counter to just see if they installed the secure screws on the dishwasher... yup, messed that up bad. They used self tapping sheet metal screws... for a counter. We required full sewer pipe replacement from outside the home to the main in the street…read more The permit for the work was obtained in less than 2 full days. This involved pipe bursting from the house, under the driveway and to the sidewalk which was completed in one day. Investigation of the pipe beyond that point revealed the need to go all the way to the main and an emergency permit to extend that far was obtained on the same day. The work was completed on day two and I witnessed every step of those two days. The three member team worked quickly, steadily and in flowing synchronicity. Each skill set from line finding and marking, delicate back hoe trenching, pipe bursting and pulling to plumbing completion and trench closing was done with professional speed and efficiency. The Denver inspector approving the project at the end remarked on how often he had seen this crews work and that they were always high quality. That was true for our project. The project manager was also a good communicator and quickly responded to calls or texts if he wasn't on site. He answered each of my many questions and patiently educated me about the many different and important aspects of our project as they emerged. The cost was less than 2 other bids and the companies quick response to our initial inquiry was the best of 5 companies I had called prior. We are very happy with the way this process of completing a potentially messy task was accomplished.
