This academy is amazing, the teachers really take care of the kids as their own. Strongly recommend this school!

They really do make you feel like family here, a vibe I did not get from any other daycare I checked out.

His two favorite people are Diana and Amanda, and honestly, they are my favorites too. They have helped my son so much. They work with him on preschool learning, and they have been incredibly supportive with potty training. Because of their patience and guidance, Kamran behaves really well there and at home he is now almost fully potty trained You can truly tell that Diana and Amanda care deeply about the kids. They are compassionate, respectful to parents, friendly, and very easy to approach. Every time I see them, it's obvious how hard they work and how much love they put into what they do. Working with children is not easy, it takes a special heart and special kind of person. They really are superheroes in this field, and they are a huge asset to this company. The owner also introduced himself to me and showed appreciation, which meant a lot. That level of hospitality made me feel even more comfortable and safe bringing my son there. I actually drive very far just so Kamran can attend this location. I truly wish there was a KidsPark closer to where we live, that would be perfect. But honestly, as long as Diana and Amanda are there, it's worth the drive. Please don't ever close! Parents like me rely on places and people like you. I don't know what I would do without you all. Thank you for taking such great care of my son.

I highly recommend it to everyone!

It's obvious the staff isn't here just to collect a paycheck - they have true compassion for the children and are very communicative with the parents. The director is a straight-forward kind of lady who is so professional and friendly. My son has been going here on and off since he was in kindergarten. Now he's in 5th grade and we keep going back. My son loves all the teachers, but his favorite is Ms. Talia. She goes the extra mile for the kids, and one can truly tell she gives her heart and soul to all the kids. Not only are the teachers and directors first-rate, but they do all sorts of fun things for the kids. My son is school-aged, and he is never every bored. During the summer, the older kids go on all kinds of fun and interesting field trips, so it's more like a day camp than a day care. All the children are created equally and with care and love. There is such a peace of mind knowing you can leave your child somewhere and not have to worry about their safety while you are at work, or whatever you're doing for the day.

Our child was there just a bit over a year and had 13 different teachers. One left during her shift and never came back, many others assured us they would be sticking around but then dropped like flies. The entire school seems to be a revolving door of staff which is never a good sign. Promises kept changing as they upped the number of kids in the rooms but continued to brag about how fantastic their ratios were. Sure they added teachers to the rooms but then teachers kept quitting and were complaining about not having proper breaks and staffing. There were ongoing requests to donate money and supplies to the classrooms - maybe it would have made sense to just increase the tuition by 10 or 20 bucks a month- I'm happy not to have to deal with this at our new daycare. Our journey ended when it became apparent that the children weren't being properly supervised and due to a safety issue we had to make a complaint to childcare licensing. The director then decided to send out updates about our complaint in emails and in Facebook posts where other staff and parents were allowed to mock the situation. Very unprofessional especially considering that the state department of licensing was in the process of citing them for lack of appropriate supervision. Licensing also helped deal with the issue of the staff not having kids regularly wash their hands (like when they came in from outside to eat meals). I feel for some of the teachers who were good but couldn't stick around. The idea behind this school is great and it would be awesome if well executed and managed.

However, the management was not consistent and had a lot of knee-jerk reactions to situations which affected our child's well being. They were very inconsistent with what they promised versus what was delivered. They claim to be child-led in philosophy, but the decisions made didn't seem to have the children's best interest in mind, rather, what was best for the administration and school seemed to be prioritized. Additionally, they were terrible at dealing with issues that arose with parents. Myself and several other parents I knew at the school were consistently told "well, group care isn't for everyone" or "that's why some people decide to hire a nanny" EVERY SINGLE TIME there was an issue--big or small. This led to fearing we were being told to leave the school. After leaving and seeing how other facilities operate and handle issues with parents, I am very glad we made the decision to leave.

My experience with The Goddard School was deeply disappointing and emotionally exhausting as a…read moreparent. Over time, I became increasingly concerned about the way my son was treated and documented compared to other children in the classroom. One of the most concerning incidents involved the school initially reporting that my son had hit/pushed a teacher. After video footage was reviewed the following day, the school confirmed that this did not happen. Despite this, the accusation caused unnecessary stress and raised serious concerns regarding accuracy, fairness, and communication. When I began advocating for my child and asking questions, I was met with discrimination and unfair treatment as a parent as well. After speaking up and pushing for accountability, our access to continue attending the school was ultimately taken away, which only reinforced my concerns about how the situation was handled. Most heartbreaking of all, the experience negatively affected my son emotionally. He began questioning himself and internalizing labels no child should carry at such a young age. I understand schools must manage behavior and maintain structure, but families also deserve transparency, professionalism, compassion, and equitable treatment. I hope this school reflects carefully on how concerns involving children and parents are handled moving forward.
