I was invited to wedge head by a coworker for a birthday party! Unlimited pinball?! What more could you ask for. 12$ and you can stay as long as you want (or until they close). I was shocked by the food. It was fresh and had lite options available as well. I had a Tex-mex Caesar salad (I would recommend getting that) and a house made horchata!!! I appreciated the non alcoholic beverages as I do t drink alcohol. You can reserve tables for parties (I'm not sure if this is an extra expense). I will say parking is TERRIBLE. Slot some extra time to park. I parked and paid at a near-ish by bank and walked over to avoid the stress of limited street parking. I can't wait to come back around!

Cool puck rock atmosphere with movies playing and music. The place wasn't busy at the time so service was great and fast. Burger was amazing. Highly recommend!!! The animal fries were good but smothered maybe a little too much with cheese for my taste at the time. They were flooded with cheese.

Burgers here are GOOD!!! Juicy, tasty, tons of flavor! I'm actually drooling remembering the experience. We also got the chips and queso. The queso was really tasty and they are very generous with the chips. My only complaint of the meal was the homemade lemonade. The cup was FULL of ice. If I had drained the actual liquid in another cup, it would've come out to maybe at most 4oz yet it cost $5. Didn't get a chance to play the pinball machines but the $12 all you can play pass seemed like a great deal. Loved the vibe of the place, lots to look at outside of eating and drinking. I'd love to come back!

Good draft beers, and games. Food was fair. Animal fries really needed another component or 2.

Some friends and I decided to hit up WedgeHead before going to a movie at the Hollywood Theatre. The ambiance was fun, there were sports guys there and some were excellent eye candy, so there's that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pinball is $12, which gets you unlimited games, but we are not very into it, so declined. A friend and I decided to try the adult slushie. It was amazing. We were thinking, well, we've blown being healthy at all. But surprisingly, this slushie wasn't overly sweet and tasted like they had just blended real fruit with some booze. Ours was a blueberry-pineapple-lime one and totally excellent. Unfortunately, can't recommend the food. It's 100 percent bar food in its basest form. A friend and I split the chicken sandwich, basically a processed meat sandwich that was microwaved. Our other friend got the house salad, which she said was okay I'd come back here for drinks and people watching. For food, I would go elsewhere.

$12 for free play all day!

Great place to while away a rainy afternoon. Wedgehead offers great value if you'd like to play pinball for more than an hour, as free play all day is just $12 for 20+ machines. Favorites include Godzilla, Ghostbusters, Elvira's House of Horrors, Tron and Medieval Madness. Also, the food here is way better than most barcades! Try the arepas, they were phenomenal with chicken and really good guacamole. Great beer and cocktail selection, along with a friendly staff.

Place was great! Food was fantastic. Came out quickly. Lots of cool artwork in the place. The $12 unlimited pinball I'd a great deal.

So I'll give one star to my food experience which will bring down the otherwise 4 stars I'd give the whole place. For the record, the BLT I ordered was delicious. But then I spent the entire night vomiting every bite of it up. I don't want a BLT for a very long time. I ordered a yummy mocktail also, and my friends' reported their drinks were good. I liked the large size of the patio (wish they had heat lamps though) and the variety of rooms inside the bar. I'd go back. Especially in summer. I just won't order anything to eat. UPDATE: the owners were so kind and apologetic and refunded my dinner. I'll be back in the spring to chill on that patio!

Options of jerky, candy bars, chips, nuts and gum are just behind the bar and are probably safer choices. Steelers and Cubs items are all about the bar area, so someone there is a fan. This looks like a cool place, right? They have a small selection of good beers but PBR seems to be the choice of the guys next to me. The woman in the seat by me, chatting with bartender, is choosing some of the local beers while guys at the far end are casually watching a Cardinals baseball game. The rest of the bar and the patio are empty. I don't know if that's normal, but it is for tonight. The beer is decent in price and I nursed a local IPA while I watched some of the MMA fights. I was just there to unwind and it's a great place to do that with no expectations. It's not a place I'd go to often, but I'd go back. Enjoy.

The place is a total dive complete with leftover smells from the smoking era. What's it been, three years now? Yickkkhhh! When the smokers go outside they're just too close to the front door so the place ends up smelling like an ashtray anyway. The carpet is ratty and looks like something people have been wiping their feet on for 30 years. Oh wait. They have been. The crowd is friendly and we participated in several games of friendly ping pong. Hey, I almost won one of those losing by only 3 points. There don't really seem to be any undesirables here and the crowd is mixed, both young and old who actually seem to communicate with one another. It didn't seem like a Frank Sinatra type of crowd but that's what was playing when we walked in. To sum it up, this is a friendly, gross, disgusting, divey, ratty neighborhood bar. There seems to be something for everyone here, from ping pong and pool tables to pinball and shuffle board. If you can get by the smell and appearance, hey, you're in.

However, they recently started charging $5 PER PERSON if you want to play any games, including ones you bring. The reason given is table space, but it doesn't take any more space to play games than you would be taking to eat your food. And nobody shares tables at restaurants with strangers anyway, they are already losing seating space by you dining there, just like any restaurant. It makes no sense. Wife and I spent $20 per person on our food, then another $10 for the table charge to play our own card game while we waited for the food, then tip calculated on top of that (i do 20%). So our $40 meal cost $60. Quite the markup. We were there for less than an hour and there were other empty tables the whole time -- so what was the charge for? Loved this place as a spot to gather with friends but if it's gonna be anywhere from $10-20 table tax before tip I can't justify it. It feels bad, makes you feel like you're getting scammed. Gonna find a new spot. Edit: I want to clarify my experience regarding the below reply. In the past we were offered to rent one of the businesses' board games for a flat fee. We were never charged before for bringing our own, nor charged per person in our group. I understand renting gaming tables but that rate last time, especially if scaled into a larger group and applied pre-tip, is just too high for us to keep coming back.
