All three appointments (initial try-on, alterations, final fitting) felt so private, peaceful, and special and Carla and the team were all so incredibly kind. I felt like a Barbie princess being so well taken care of as they went all around the room collecting dresses that fit my vision and my budget. I chose Dakota from Casablanca Bridal's Beloved line within one hour, I fell in love with it at the first appointment and will forever be in love with it. It was bittersweet picking up my dress because it meant no more appointments. On my wedding day, my flower girls came into the bridal suite and one of them said "You look like a princess!" which evoked INSTANT tears from one of my bridesmaids. At the end of the day, the best people to have by your side when choosing your prom/wedding dress are the ones who love you, cheer you on, and make you feel like the most gorgeous girl in the world. However, this was a special moment for my daughter and I was so happy to be included. Mom was at the helm of it all, but I was very honored to have been included in the final decision! Plus, I paid!!! Overall, the service provided by the staff was nothing less than exceptional! Staff were friendly, amicable, and very helpful throughout the process. Eventually, she found the dress she wanted and boy were we wowed! Simply gorgeous! My only gripe would be that all dresses are FINAL SALE and they do not place any dresses on hold (not even for 24 hrs).

From the moment I first called Michelle answered and offered me an appointment the following day. Michelle ended up helping me pick the perfect dress which ended up being a combination of two dresses I tried on and really liked but either didn't fit the way I wanted or wasn't the right shade. My dress was elegant, flattering, and made me feel confident and beautiful for such a meaningful moment with my daughter. My daughter was also happy for me to have finally found one. Carolina was so helpful - picking up on the styles my daughter liked and offering options for her to try on. I ended up finding my dress and veil here and getting it preserved through them. Parking is through the other side of the street, away from where the entrance to Posh is. There was a decent variety of options here considering how small the store is. I noted some preferred designers that they happened to have and helped me focus on those areas when I was picking ones to try on. Jenna was the one who assisted for my actual try ons. I opted to go alone so it was nice that she was giving me good feedback without being pushy. She paid attention to what I liked about certain dresses and ultimately recommended a few other dresses that had them. My dress ended up being one Jenna added for me! It was perfect because I was debating between something super classic vs romantic and she knew immediately that she could find me something in the middle. I got alterations done here as well as my veil. Altogether I was able to stay within my budget, though alterations were definitely a bit pricier which I know is common. Monika their seamstress was also great at giving me recommendations on what would look good without me really overthinking it. After my wedding I came back to get my dress preserved. They send it out to a third party but I was glad it was through them so I know I could trust it. I definitely recommend Posh for your bridal needs! Be sure to schedule an appointment and text them. They gave us a little over a month to get my wedding dress tailored, and when we came to pick it up…read moreit wasn't even started on yet. Stitching work was messy, no fabric was actually cut, just *unevenly* folded over and sewed over the folds she made, which were very visible when the dress was worn. Zipper was somehow broken and the stitching that was holding it was coming undone. The dress also has a la Veneto bodice but it completely lost its shape. The dress did not complement my body at all anymore and somehow made a sleek dress look like a nightgown. Overall the stitching looked as if it was all made in a hurry, with no thought put into it. My dress has floating beadwork and I really want to stress the fact that they thought it was okay to fold over the fabric and sew over that, and call it a day. To my understanding, you're supposed to take out the old stitching, take the beads out by hand, cut/adjust the fabric, and then hand sew the beads back on. The seamstress did none of that. Not to mention she wanted us to come back another day, after delaying the pickup for 3 days already. She then said she would get it done that same afternoon so we could "go away already". It seems like they specialize more in quinceañeras, so I am not sure about the quality of work for those types of dresses, if that's what they specialize in then I hope other people have had a better experience than me. But I do not recommend this place specifically for wedding dress alterations, I had to pay way more to get my dress fixed.
