He was available for our second date of choice, but then that got pushed back too so we tried a third time. We spoke over text/email, and I felt a connection. That connection grew stronger when we spoke briefly on the telephone, but once we met Fr Jef in person, I had zero doubt that he was the officiant for us. He is kind, caring, has a tangible warmth, and above all is just a terrific person. He is professional but still can absolutely joke around and have a great time. He is also absolutely hilarious. His attention to detail is second to none. I am not sure what his middle name actually is, but my guess would be punctual because he is NEVER not on time which is obviously fantastic. He put our minds at ease, and we just felt safe and secure in his presence. The speech he wrote for us at our wedding was simultaneously beautiful, touching, and downright funny. I could tell everyone in attendance LOVED him. But above all, I love him. He is the right man for the job and makes every single couple feel so special on their big day. After the ceremony, I had probably 10 different people come up to me and say how wonderful they thought Fr Jef was. I said well of course he is - he's Fr Jef Johnson for crying out loud! They of course asked where I had found him, and I said that he had officiated my cousin's wedding in 2016, but I am assuming if you are reading this review right now then that means you are looking for someone to look out for you on your wedding day. Her communication level lead me to believe the day-off would be significantly better than it was. there was an issue with the ceremony site equipment set up at the venue- that was reasonably stressful for Lisa (and not her fault), and it seemed she was not able to bounce back from it. multiple guest commented that she seemed stressed throughout the night. beyond that our first dance song I don't believe was cut down, there were significant awkward pauses between songs at the reception - I have my Spotify set up to fade into the next song. again Lisa's communication prior to the event was really good- maybe she was just having an off day.

Where to start.... They showed up two hours after they promised and delayed the start of our…read morewedding ceremony by over thirty minutes trying to set up their equipment. They said they were lost but called us an hour and a half after they were suppose to show up. The DJs that showed weren't the DJ we had been communicating with for months prior, it was his buddies that worked for him. Also, they brought their kids who were about 12 years old and let them go on the dance floor and "perform". We paid them to stay until 11:30 in the contract, but while me and my wife were enjoying our wedding with our friends they pulled my parents aside around 10:00 and demanded more money to stay. My parents didn't want them to leave, so of course they paid them the $200 they demanded. The entire night "DJ Babypowder" was staring at my sister-in law, who is 18, and making her very uncomfortable. After I found out about all this the next day, we called DJ wildman to see if he would make it right and at least give back the $200 they scammed my parents out of. He stated that the other DJs said that it was "a tip" and that he would make it right, but of course never did. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
