Michael's is a craft store located across from the Mall, near Best Buy, in St. Cloud. If you're…read morelooking for craft supplies or yarn, it might be for you. It's smaller than either Hobby Lobby or Crafts Direct. I've often found the prices to be higher. You should not shop here without a coupon, as Michael's always offers a 40 or 50 percent off coupon, or sometimes 60 percent off a single item coupon that you can find online, or in their ad. The store feels a bit cramped, like they're trying to stuff too much merchandise into too little space. Still, we've had good luck finding yarn or other crafting supplies here over the years. With the use of their coupons, it brings their prices down. The service we've received over the years has been hit or miss. Sometimes it's been not great at all; and other times it's been just fine.

Not only can I usually find the clothing that I need here - everything from underwear to business…read moreshirts to casual wear, pants, ties, shorts, and shoes, but I usually have coupons that I can use that bring the prices into a very affordable range. Just yesterday I picked up two long sleeve Stafford dress shirts that were originally $60 each (with coupon) for $12 each. To me, that's a deal! I've always been pretty pleased with the selection and almost always come away from the store with something for my wardrobe. I've also had good luck finding children's clothing here. The store also has a large cosmetics section, eyeglasses, a photo studio, sells other household goods, and is now selling appliances. All in all, JCPenny provides what I'm generally seeking.

I like to spend a lot of time and money here, being a very frequent customer I had never dealt with…read moresuch a horrid return policy/ experience. Being that I most likely love everything I buy and never need to return anything, however, last week was one of those days where I wanted to look for one thing and ended up with lots of other things walking out with a bill of $400, unfortunately, one of the 5 pairs of shoes I bought did not work out well in my favor. Love the shoes, but I was only able to wear them for about 4 hours at work today before I realized that these just won't work for me. I brought the shoes and receipt hoping I could return, however, the sticker at the bottom was rubbed off, showing evidence that I wore them, which I already had told them, then they said bc of that they can not return them, I then said, ok, well could I at least get an in-store credit so I could find a pair that works, they refused and offered to donate them for me. I was shocked, no where I have ever shopped has ever been this unforgiving on a return policy that as much as I loved this store I now will be returning everything from my last $400 purchase with tags on it. I know it is not a lot in the world of this company, but your customer service of refusing to find a way to help me find a better satisfying purchase is disappointing. My guess is that I would have given you the shoes to donate and you would have slapped a new sticker on the bottom to sell the shoes that were worn for 4-5 hours.... Shout out to Nordstrom rack for having better options and return policy, no more max for this girl!

"Chad E". Looking at all your reviews you have posted, it seems to me you have nothing good to say…read moreabout any businesses you go to. I too shop at Helzberg STC and have a Helzberg card its great no money down and 12 months no interest! The only way you could have had the problems you did with your financing is if you don't pay your bill, or you don't pay it on time, and...or you didn't pay it within the 12 months of no interest. There is no way for a year you paid on the card and could only take a couple hundred off your original purchase? Unless you paid the min payment which if it was $5 a month maybe I could see why maybe a 100 was only paid. After 12 months interest is maybe about 29%. But if you pay your bill off or way down before or at 12 months you would have nothing to worry about. As for your fiance and her ring...they personally don't make her ring at the store, and they don't do the repairs themselves. As an adult you shuld first know how to.take care of your bills and because you didn't its not fair to bash the workers there or the business. As an adult you should also know how to use respectable language in writing and in person, also you should know how to speak up if you have a problem with something...so if your "wife's ring" had issues you and her should have spoken up and let them know so they could figure out with you how to fix it. Id also recommend to stop bashing on companies for things that seem more like a personal problem on your part. (Per, all 5 of your reviews) I LOVE YOU HELZBERG STC! See you all on my next inspection date.
