I too shop at Helzberg STC and have a Helzberg card its great no money down and 12 months no interest! The only way you could have had the problems you did with your financing is if you don't pay your bill, or you don't pay it on time, and...or you didn't pay it within the 12 months of no interest. There is no way for a year you paid on the card and could only take a couple hundred off your original purchase? Unless you paid the min payment which if it was $5 a month maybe I could see why maybe a 100 was only paid. After 12 months interest is maybe about 29%. But if you pay your bill off or way down before or at 12 months you would have nothing to worry about. As for your fiance and her ring...they personally don't make her ring at the store,and they don't do the repairs themselves. As an adult you shuld first know how to.take care of your bills and because you didn't its not fair to bash the workers there or the business.As an adult you should also know how to use respectable language in writing and in person, also you should know how to speak up if you have a problem with something...so if your "wife's ring" had issues you and her should have spoken up and let them know so they could figure out with you how to fix it. I had my diamond for several months and just couldn't pull the trigger on any mountings. Jean was extraordinarily friendly and enthusiastic about setting my stone. We talked diamonds for a while and then I met with Jacob, the jeweler on duty, and he said they did not have a ring with a head large enough to fit my stone. I had visited several other jewelry stores that day and was expecting him to tell me what they all told me: we can order a mount in for you and have it done in a week or two. Instead, he went to the jewelry case and pulled out a similar sized diamond that was set in a solitaire and said they could use that mount. I was surprised and amazed that they'd go that far when no one else had offered. He said he'd have it set by 6pm and called me at 4:15pm to tell me it was done, which was only a little more than an hour after I dropped it off! Amazing. Thank you to Jacob and Jean for making it such a pleasurable and easy process! I'll definitely be visiting you again.
