They showed us examples of "their work" on their ipad and something seemed fishy as they weren't professional at all (didn't take any information, didn't give us any brochures, no business cards). We went home and looked at their website and the photos they showed us, we did a reverse google image search on the images and each one of them originated from another website. One room they specifically showed us to show how they could transform a dingy space into something nice turned out to be from a tenting company in LA. Every piece of text on their website happened to be lifted from other websites as well (they have since redone their website it seems). It looked like every account on theknot that supported them happened to be accounts made by them as they all happened to use the same lingo. Approach with caution. UPDATE: I wrote this review awhile ago and never posted it, yelp reminded me I had an unfinished review. I took a peek and noticed their website no longer exists and their facebook hasn't been updated in 7 months. Again, approach with extreme caution.

Some of my favorite details from their service: a timeline down to the minute by minute breakdown for both the rehearsal and the wedding, managing of the tips for all of the vendors, being the liaison between us and the venue, and of course, directing all the traffic from wedding party to the guests and the event. Their attitude and service always put me at ease, and made me feel dangerously relaxed for the wedding :) Unless you want to be the bride running around with a clipboard on your big day, I would recommend signing up with Annie/Sarah now. Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started. For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check!
