Dominic hired a very young crew (teenagers) to perform the manual labor, kids worked hard but lacked supervision and direction on site. Dominic was supposed to rent a Bobcat to level areas before laying flagstone but CHOSE to have the workers dig by hand, aka "he could not find an available bobcat to rent". Fast-forward 4 months and he still hasn't delivered, despite multiple inquiries on my part. I understand everyone is busy, but we aren't wealthy, and the point was to enjoy this walkway for many years. As you can see from the latest pictures we couldn't even keep the little granite we did have because a little rain here and there washed a lot of it away to my neighbors yard. I'm truly upset by how it looks 4 months later and would have expected better.

I called the office, left my information, and got a return call within an hour to make arrangements - great communication! I was given the name and number of the guy who was supposed to show up at my house between 10 and 2 the following Saturday. I asked what prep needed to be done and was given instructions to help the stump removal run smoothly (remove and/or protect surrounding plants). That's where the good part of this review ends. THE BAD: Got up early on Saturday, went to the bank to get cash to pay the guy. "Temporarily" dug up some surrounding shrubs. Waited. At 1:15 when I had heard nothing, I texted the individual who I made arrangements with AND the individual who was supposed to come to do the work. No response. THE UGLY: $50 worth of shrubs are languishing in buckets, and I still have an ugly stump in need of removal. VERY frustrating.

I was initially thinking of removing the tree completely, but he recommended I just clean up the tree, since it was so healthy. I'm so glad I followed his advice - not only do I still have a beautiful tree in my back yard, but I saved a ton of money. Chris and Michael's pricing was very reasonable. Plus, Chris went over and above what he said they were going to do - even trimming a few other branches that were leaning over the power lines and the roof of the house. I highly recommend. Thank you Chris!

He worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job trimming three horrendously overgrown trees, along with a smaller tree, transforming them into a clean, well-kept part of our home's appearance. Raul's dedication, honesty, and fair pricing truly stood out to us. He takes pride in his work, and the results exceeded our expectations. We appreciate the quality of service he provided and will be using Raul's services from now on. His pricing was very competitive with other tree services that we spoke with. Not only did they trim the trees, but they removed a large tree from the backyard and ground out the stump. It was a good-size project, but they showed up early and completed the job in a single day. Raul also gave us a competitive quote on rebuilding our deck and pergola. We recently moved in and the deck was a bit long in the tooth. The existing pergola had rotted and warped wood with nails that were pulling loose and exposed. One of the things my fiancee and I appreciated was that Raul came by the house several times beforehand. He discussed our project and took a lot of measurements. He was also very good about picking up supplies that I purchased at Lowes / Home Depot. We asked Raul and his team to remove the pergola and replace it with a brand-new structure that was structurally sound and capable of supporting an acrylic plastic covering. They were also able to build the new cover with a 10-inch drop, so that rain water runs off instead of pooling on top. They also power washed the deck and repainted everything so that it matches the house and looks brand-new. His team added an outdoor ceiling fan and replaced several additional pieces of rotted wood on the stairs and deck structure. It was a large project that Raul and his team finished in just over a week, including some last-minute extras that we added during the project. He and his team were extremely professional -- and very reliable -- throughout. Raul consistently made sure that we had a chance to provide input throughout the process. He clearly takes pride in his work and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the project. The end result is a fabulous, well-built covered area that greatly enhances the appearance and value of our home. My fiancee and I would not hesitate not hesitate to use The Great Tree again. Nor would would we hesitate to provide a work reference for Raul if he requested one.
