Ok so no one showed the second it third time, smh‍ I called about 20 different times even leaving my Chemo appointment to make sure I was home not to miss the scheduled tech. Oh you guessed it was a no show without communication!! I received an email and a text so I responded to the email to try to explain asks reschedule but while doing that, multitasking, I was offered another appointment for a tech to come out on the 18th, but then it kicked me out and I had to schedule a later date, the 23rd. The lack of communication, the customer service agents telling me the tech was coming only for a no show, only for me to schedule yet another appointment. I'm so sick of the lies, possibly poor training or lack there of ‍ They didn't have a problem taking your money but they have a problem scheduling a technician to come fix the problems. Has anyone else experienced scheduling an appointment, changing your personal appointments, just to be let down? Oh I must add that I work from home so imagine my frustration. I also have to do a lot on the Internet in regards to my husband cancer, all the appointments and virtual appointments he has. Comcast here we come ‍‍

TLDR; you get what you pay for. If you have demanding network needs and want a well engineered…read moresystem with service to match, I can't recommend Alee and HiTek Telecom enough. I contacted Alee with HiTek Telecom to get a quote on a complete network job for my home. Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day. The workmanship was just as good and the communication has been stellar throughout. I truly can't recommend HiTek and Alee enough. Top-notch product and top-notch service.

Buyer Beware: Verizon Store With Zero Customer Service…read more After waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to speak with a representative, the experience at this Verizon store was beyond disappointing. We came in with a very simple and reasonable question: * What would it cost to add my girlfriend to my existing family plan? * What would it cost if we started a separate plan together? That should have been a straightforward comparison. Instead, the representative appeared completely uninterested in helping and far more focused on trying to sell additional products and services we never asked about. When pressed for actual numbers and details, the only response we repeatedly received was that it would cost "between $30-$60," with vague mentions about international calling being the "main difference." No breakdown. No explanation of plan tiers. No taxes and fees discussion. No device impacts. No line-access explanation. No effort whatsoever to provide transparency. Even worse, every time we asked follow-up questions, the representative would simply stare off into space and repeat the exact same numbers again like a scripted recording. It honestly felt like talking to someone who either did not understand the plans themselves or simply did not care enough to help customers make an informed decision. Meanwhile, while waiting, we overheard another customer having problems with a completely different product and receiving the same dismissive attitude. That made it pretty clear this was not an isolated issue -- it appears to be a culture problem at this location. This store wasted our time, provided almost no usable information, and created an experience that felt more like a pressure-sales environment than an actual customer service operation. If you visit this location, be prepared to: * Wait excessively long for basic assistance * Receive vague and incomplete answers * Be pushed toward sales instead of solutions * Leave without the information you actually came for Customer service should involve listening, explaining options clearly, and helping people understand pricing. None of that happened here. Buyer beware.
