I'm located in Orange County, California and never expected it would be this easy and painless to purchase a car located ~2,500 miles away. Gary handled everything from coordinating the PPI, financing and delivery--all with tremendous care and attention to detail. It truly felt like purchasing a car from a good friend, even though Gary and I never had the chance to meet in person. Without a doubt, my next purchase will be from Gary at Marino Performance--I appreciate the pride MPM takes in offering only the highest quality vehicles, as it greatly reduces the stress and anxiety of making the purchase. If you find something in their inventory that catches your eye, don't hesitate to call Gary (239-331-1341) because you'll be greeted by a no-nonsense, knowledgeable car guy who truly wants the best for his customers.

The GSM, Matt Needle, greeted us like we were family and made sure someone was there to help us. That's when we met Richard. He was polished, professional, and clearly knew his way around the store, but what really stood out was how kind, funny, and genuine he was. I was looking for a new car and had my heart set on an S40. I even told him, "Please don't hesitate to let me know if it's out of my price range." Well... it was! But because Richard was so great to work with, we called him the next day to see if he could help us with a VW deal. Of course, he said yes, and I was so happy that I ended up getting my car from him. The entire experience, from walking in the door to driving away, was smooth and stress-free. Richard even had someone from VW come over and personally walk me through all the features of the car, which was such a nice touch. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or with the experience we had. I highly recommend Matt, Richard, and Jared if you're looking for a great team to work with. I honestly can't say enough good things about them!

If they had good customer service and were on time I wouldn't be on a "waiting list" to fix something they said they fixed. Which took over 7 days to fix in the first place. Dishonest. They took my money really quickly but are very slow to fix their mistakes. Day 4 today was mom's 2nd cancer treatment and I could not take her as I could not fit a wheelchair in my trunk as it will not open. I contacted my warranty company who paid Volvo over $1500 to replace both tailgates. They did not. I then contacted the Better business Bureau. Still waiting for a call from Volvo. I'm so disappointed at their lack of customer service and lack of empathy. They said we will put you on the waiting list. This is day 1. For everyday they make me wait I will post a new review.
