BE AWARE OF A PLACE THAT GOES BY; several names including : Recycling, Orlando Auto Parts and Recycling. CLass 7 Auto, and many others. THe scammers go by the names of Ashley, Rodrigo, Edwardo, and George. I called around for prices and hearts was NOT the best; but they kept calling. Saying they could do a better price. SPoke with George who knew paperwork was in another state, knew condition of car, knew the time frame we needed to work in. He offered me MORE money than my highest offer I had gotten. Day for pick up came, Even after 6 phone calls, being ASSURED they would be there, my son sat 2 HOURS and they never showed. I spoke to George all the way up until 10 mins to 5. Then went to VM. NExt Day George conveniently wasn't there!!! That day spoke with Rodrigo as well as Ashley, 5 times. They were STILL late for a scheduled pick up, and THEN the Driver got in the phone and he and Ashley decide it would be $130 LESS than the offer George gave, siting "paperwork was needed" paperwork already discussed with George. Driver wrote HOLD on car and said IT WOULD NOT BE CRUSHED the next, and handed my son $400.!!!! When George was contacted the following day, he said, "well depends on condition of car", I said "same condition I talked to you about, including paperwork". He says "I'm sorry, but we have the car now!!" No offer to make it better, no apology, no offer to send money HE PROMISED. FLIM FLAM MAN AND AGENCY. LOOK AT COMMENTS IN YELP (I wish I had). GREAT RATINGS YEARS AGO....,. Not so much now. The have a number of different numbers and business names!!! PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS!!!! IF I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

They took my car inside within minutes and showed us into the crowded waiting room. I figured this is going to be a hours long wait. Upon arrival the car was nothing like the pictures, it was filthy inside and out, the drivers seat did not operate properly, the windows were wiped and the dirt was smeared all over the windows! He said they were putting a clear coat on the car as the paint was faded, it was not cleaned inside or outside. I rejected the car, he (Emmanuel) said he had an 08 Jaguar XJ8L, images were beautiful, he stated it was a very nice car, he drove it and I should like it as he only offered it to me as I looked clean cut! Just salesman bull! crap. I completed the paperwork the same day, set a time to return the next day from Spring Hill, FL 1hr 20 mins away. I advised him I would arrive @ 10:20am. I did arrive, he wasn't there, the gate was closed, no white Jaguar. He called me while I was 30 mins. away, stating he was there @ 10:20, he was not! Another lie! I turned around to return. He sent pictures as he said he took the Jag to the car wash, images displayed flaws that he never mentioned until I asked him if there were any surprises!!!! There were many: Driver side window had a crack the length of the entire window, driver seat did not move properly, driver seat was faded, there was broken glass on the floor, broken glass on the dash instrument panel, it was dirty and very disappointing, the floor wasn't vacuumed @ all, dirt, crumbs and glass were the decorations of the floor. Steering was tight and suspect, I could not take the raggedy test drive, with no evidence of the car seeing any water on that day! So I returned, he was excited asking, "so what do you think?" I told him, the car was dirty, window cracked, glass everywhere, he said, well, I priced it right for you! I laughed and said, just refund my deposit, he said it will take 2-3 business days! He went on to say, I can't believe you did not want the Jag!" This guy is demented, a liar and a shifty car salesman as the epitome of "NO GOOD USED CAR SALESMAN!" I texted him Monday to ensure he had started the refund process, he did not, but offered the excuse, his reversal system was down! So, he had no intentions on reversing or refunding my money! He replied to my text saying, "call your bank and have them reverse your deposit, you'll get your money back faster!" He is not trustworthy @ all! Do not go to see any of his cars, they are all junk, do not trust anything he says as he is a habitual liar, lastly, do not give him a dime, in fact don't even give him your time, he nor his terrible car lot is not worth your time! You will purchase a lemon that's too sour to make lemonade! I called my bank and disputed the charges, the investigation is ongoing, but he will not have my money, DON'T GIVE HIM YOURS!

KBB has an option to get a cash offer from 3 local dealers and Honest Auto was one of my options. I went to another dealer first and they told me if I wasn't planning on trading it in, they wouldn't give me as much money. They even recommend going to Honest Autos. I appreciated their honesty. When I got to Honest Autos, I was promptly greeted and asked to wait until their Buyer Agent, Dale, was free (I didn't make an appointment). He was ready for me in about 10 minutes. Dale was super friendly and knowledgeable. He and and another employee (I assume a mechanic), took my car out for a test drive. He came back, reviewed their findings and also reviewed the Kelley Blue Book offer. I had a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed that altered the price by about $200 but I thought that was fair. I had done my research ahead of time and had a range in mind given the age and condition of my car. As a side note, this dealer is extremely accomodating. They had sent me an email and text once Kelley Blue Book notified them. They are also willing to drive you back home if you sell them your car, or they'll come to your home to do the transaction. My husband followed me, so I didn't need a ride, but that's a nice added service. I was literally out the door in under 30 minutes with a check in hand. I would totally sell a car to them again and I'd recommend them to others for the same service.
