The experience was awful. Their guaranteed price quickly vanishes when you come in with your car. Be prepared to haggle.

Three attempts and three failures…read more First car was indicated as a test vehicle on the windows sticker. They said they didnt want to sell it and it went to auction. Wasted 2 weeks on shipping. Second car. Mechanical issues Third car. Title issues and when that was cleared the car had scratches all up and down the sides and bald tires There is obviously no inspection of the vehicles here. Moved on.

CarMax in Turnersville is a great place to get a late-model used car, SUV, or truck in good…read morecondition and with low miles. When it came time for me to trade in my 72k mile Infiniti G37x Coupe and switch up to another AWD vehicle, this time a Nissan Murano...I found plenty to choose from in all trim levels in near new condition. I hated to part with my 330 HP little speed demon Infiniti G, but it was time! CarMax gave me a great deal on the trade-in and excellent financing on the Murano. Steve Southall was the salesman and he made the whole process easy, quick, and simple from start to finish! I spent more time on the lot looking than I did with him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, even though I was a little anxious and a bit amped up as I usually get when making ANY new or used car purchase (It's not like you make a big purchase like this every day! LOL!) Unlike other big-name used car dealers, there was NO pressure to purchase their warranty, plus they give you plenty of time to shop in their lot - no one approaches you until you go inside to inquire about a vehicle. I'm considering keeping what I have and purchasing a 2nd car and I'll keep CarMax on my list of places to shop (If they have what I'm looking for).

If I could give zero stars for this dealership, I would. I don't know what the management are…read moreteaching these kids but it's absolutely horrible the offers and such they give you. I needed maintenance done to my Subaru. After finding out how much it would cost, I instead wanted to put that money towards something newer. The service department put me in contact with someone. They called me, they asked me to come down and talk. I drive almost 35 minutes to only walkout 2 minutes with an offer of $500 for my 2013 Subaru XVCrosstrek. It was absolutely disgusting how I drive there and they offer me something like this. When they'd fix everything on my car and sell it for 5-6 thousand dollars afterwards. I will never buy a car from this location. It was a slap in the face to even listen to this kid talk.

The car is great, but I put it in with this dealer to get the brakes serviced about one year ago…read more I paid to get the rotors and pads done, just the rear. The brakes continued to make horrible shrieking noises and they tried to accommodate by looking at them two more times, but neither time did they resolve the issue. Eventually I decided to deal with the noise, because at least I assumes they had done a good job on the brakes. Now, a year later, and I am getting the front brakes done somewhere else. The mechanic sent me the pictures of the front and rear rotors, and it looks like they were both done at the same time. It looks like these chiselers used either wildly inferior or used parts, if they did them at all, and the rear rotor looks like it has the grooves in a record. There is no way a rear set of brakes should look like these do after a year, much less nearly identical to brakes that haven't been done in several years. I have these pictures saved, if anyone is interested in how much they should not use this incompetent or dishonest service department.
