For instance, snapper, grouper, mahi-mahi , tile and trigger fish. Often times they will have a wide selection of frozen fish in stock. They have well stocked supply of flash frozen gulf shrimp from Florida or Alabama. Their prices will be a bit higher than what you might pay at your local Harris-Teeter or Publix but the quality far exceeds. Their big differentiator is their customer service. They are a small independently owned business so their customer service is exceptional. Today I stopped in and ordered some fresh Snapper and got 2 pounds of frozen gulf shrimp and their seasoning. One of our party ordered a stuffed leeks and it was so salty it was inedible. They did fix it and admitted it should have never left the kitchen. By the time the replacement came out it was after 6:05 (and they had to leave at 6:15). So they didn't get to eat their celebratory meal with the rest of us. Not the memory you want for a meal. Desserts were good. Tort was dense - honestly not sure if that's normal. Crème brûlée was very good. For a $400+ experience and our history with Pump House, I expected more.
